TheraBreath, Anticavity Oral Rinse, Sparkle Mint, 33.8 fl oz (1 L)

This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review - I absolutely love this brand and have been using it for a little over 6 months now. I am happy to say that my last checkup was cavity free and I’m looking forward to keeping it that way. (As always, other oral care contributes to these results too!) This oral rinse leaves a mint flavor in my mouth and freshens my breath too. This bottle has good amount of product for the price and I like that this brand is available at numerous retailers. I'm not a big mouthwash person, never have been. Unless I've been out drinking but that was YEARS ago when I was doing that. 😁 Anyways, this was minty but not overly minty. Didn't burn, like some mouthwashes do. I like the fact that it helps fight cavities for 24 hours and that is made in the USA! I love the colors of the bottle, that is something that catches my eyes and we all know these days with so many products to choose from you need your product to stand out. I will definitely be using this, if I remember to use it and for sure be buying more. Thank you Influenster for allowing me to try this new TheraBreath mouthwash. Btw it used to be called Healthy Smile.

This mouth rinse, I have to admit, I was very skeptical about. I had heard of this product and simply didn't pick it up because of the name. I didn't need fresh breath, I needed healthy gums and teeth! Do not be misled by the name, Thera Breath (while I'm sure it has kept my breath fresh) does so much more for your mouth than Fresh breath! My gums are definitely healthier feeling and looking. My teeth have definitely lightened in color. And my mouth feels great for the full 24 hours, as this product promises! I'm honestly making the switch from my Crest Pro Health to this TheraBreath Anticavity mouth rinse. The results I've experienced are nothing short of a product actually doing what it promises to do. I'm now a TheraBreath customer for life!

As someone with the most sensitive teeth and gums this mouth wash is a necessity in my daily routine! It not only is improving my enamel by each use but it is also whitening my teeth in the process which is so important to me. Most people don’t realize that your dental hygiene is connected to your heart and can affect your overall health if not maintained properly. All forms of health is important! This is not what I was expecting. I received this product for free from influenster for my honest review. I didn’t so much dislike this mouthwash as it just seemed flat. I’m used to the instant burn of “normal” mouthwashes and this didn’t do it for me. My kids also said they didn’t like the taste of this one. The only person who enjoyed this was their dad. However, he didn’t like it more than his usual mouthwash. He just likes it because it was free. I did however like the pink color of the bottle. But my initial statement stands, it seemed as if it tasted stale. Like, not as astringent as other mouthwashes I have tried in the past.

We tried this in my household for the first time we’re not disappointed! The liquid is clear, so don’t have to worry about staining anything if it accidentally spills. No odor. The taste is very subtle - that was the only part that was a little off for me personally. It didn’t taste strong like a Crest or Listerine product. However, there was no burning sensation that you normally get with competitor products. The addition of fluoride prohibits eating or drinking for 30 minutes after swishing but our mouths felt nice clean! Overall, really liked this! Will likely switch to this permanently.

I love this line of products! We have several in the bathroom at all times! My kids like it because it doesn’t burn like other mouthwashes can. I love it because it really is effective, and does what it says. Definitely keeps breath fresh for a long time. We use it every morning. It doesn’t have much of a flavor which I like, and it’s totally easy to add to the morning routine. I will continue to purchase these products for a long time! I have to note that I really like the packaging as well, the colors are easy to identify which is which. The pink is anti cavity. Lots of ingredients I feel good about using and my family too! Highly recommend this brand - give it a try, so much better!

Cavity fighting rinse

I was given an opportunity by Inflenster and Therabreath to try the Therabreath Anti-Cavity Oral Rinse free of charge in response for my honest opinion.  I’m familiar with this brand and have used other products before so I was very excited to try this rinse. My typical morning oral hygiene routine includes brushing, flossing, and then rinsing with mouthwash. I substituted the mouthwash for the anti-cavity oral rinse.  The first thing that I noticed is that the anti-cavity rinse is significantly less “minty“ then my toothpaste. There is a slight mint flavor but it’s not overpowering. Also, since it’s alcohol free, I didn’t feel that slight burn that I normally feel after using my mouthwash. Freshness without the burn!

This mouthwash is great! Leaves your mouth feeling minty fresh, but without the intense alcohol burn like what you get from Listerine. I also like that it’s a clear liquid, meaning no weird artificial coloring! Additionally, this is a no-foam solution, which makes it easier to keep in your mouth for longer! The smell is subtle, as is the taste, but the minty freshness is still present and noticeable, and leaves your mouth feeling clean. I originally saw this product on TikTok, and I’m really glad to have tried it. Most definitely switching from Listerine. Highly recommend!

Not for me

Sadly this was a miss for my needs. I’m a SmartMouth user for over a year now and LOVE it. Sadly my local Target was out of stock so I figured I would try this brand. This particular formula is less focused on your breath and more on overall tooth health which is fine. I must have missed that when grabbing it. I speak to people all day and often times that leads to bad breath so in order to avoid chewing gum I relied heavily on SmartMouth. This rinse was the complete opposite, although the mint flavor was pleasant, it did very little in terms of long term breath control. In fact I would say it maintained fresh breath for about two hours which is an upgrade from Listerine or Scope. This also contains fluoride which makes very little sense considering how most toothpastes contain fluoride and so does our drinking water, adding the fluoride is kind of overkill. Fluoride in excess can cause white spots on your teeth and frankly that’s the opposite of a healthy looking smile. This mouth rinse does have its upsides though: no burning sensation, very little is needed to achieve the mouth protection it claims, it contains xylitol which has been proven to help restore tooth health and prevent cavities. It also leaves your mouth feeling smooth, like after oil pulling. Not sure if it’s some sort of oil (listed in the ingredients) but it’s pleasant. That would be a great feature for those with dry mouth, ulcers or broken gums as that additional glide prevents added friction. Sadly, it does nothing to keep that fresh clean mouth feel and that’s a deal breaker for me. I would still recommend this for those making the transition from Listerine or Scope but less for those looking for long term breath control.
