Really pleased with this item. I never go back to cheap alternative which has left me down in the past. This beautie is well worth the price. I accidentally left it for 3 days and found that the water is still drinkable at warm temperature especially after a cold snap. You won't regret getting this for yourselves. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We won a voucher and decided to use it at BCF Morayfield to purchase a long overdue Thermos flask. Our old one was past it's due date after 30yrs. At checkout we problems with the voucher but persistance and patience with two aged pensioners by the manager saw the transaction go through. She did a great job in helping us purchase a quality product. Well done.

Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Lovely colour. I inherited a very old Thermos that used to belong my parents and it's still going brilliantly. I had another smaller flask (different brand) which finally died, and wasn't half as old, so getting another genuine Thermos was obvious. I like to have them on hand in the house for winter, so if there's bad weather looming (I'm in Tas) and a chance of an outage, then I've got lots of hot water on hand. Quick delivery from Myer, much appreciated by us rural dwellers. Only criticism is the sticky label wrapped around it, would be good if Thermos could rethink this.
The product is "all or nothing". Explanation---they work wonderfully well (100%) then suddenly don't work (0%). I have had them replaced several times on warranty because of this but still have kept to the same brand. There is no obvious explanation for the sudden onset of failure. I would rate them 5 stars except for the sudden failute.
Everything in this is stainless steel, except the plastic and rubber lid, and the plastic built in over cap/cup. Holds cold drinks just fine.Thermos does not recommend putting fizzy drinks into it. I make Seltzer at home, and as long as you do not overfill the bottle, you should be fine. Note that I have not tested traveling with the bottle with fizzy drinks in it, I would advise against that, as the bubbles could get out of the liquid and create a lot of pressure in the vessel, which can force the lid out and cause damage to people and property. This is why Thermos says you must not put fizzy drinks in the bottle.Very happy to have a cold drink in a you room for the whole day. Stay hydrated!
I've always bought Thermos flasks to store hot water. I like the brand for its durability. But these newer models aren't as nice physically compared to older models. The handles are loud and lacks grip when holding because they're like chains rather than a solid shape. The lids also harder to close.
I bought it for my niece who works in a factory. She says she gives it 10 out of 10. She likes that it keeps her 8 cups of coffee hot 'til lunch. It transports well to work. The top cap doubles as a cup for her drink at morning break and lunch. She works in Fargo, ND, so keeping it hot is important in the cold winter. Likes the solid look and construction. Likes that her that her grandpa used to use one like it, hence the old school reference. He is no longer with us and he passed just before she turned three. People look for substance and authenticity. I remember him using one like it as a lumberjack and sitting out in the woods watching him work as a little 5-6 yr old. His had a dent in it, but it still worked. Keep making solid products!
I was after a flask to use when going along to sell at car boot fairs and I found the red thermos stainless steel flask. I like red and so do the other people who help with the car boot sales. I haven't used it yet, but am looking forward to making a nice cup of tea with the flask or a hot chocolate. I like that it can hold 470ml of water or hot drinks. Might even put soup in it.
Love the size and sturdiness of this thermos. The pour spout feature is good in theory but it’s a slow and annoying pour, and it’s also an outlet for steam as you open the lid, so be prepared for some steam in the face if you’re not paying attention. The handle collapses, which is nice for packing it, but makes it a little frustrating when pouring as it can move on you. Overall I like it and would get it again, just preparing you for the quirks!
