It keeps my coffee nice and hot but the drink spout has become very loose and wants to close while I'm taking a sip.

Good for hot drinks

Keeps drinks hot a lot longer than the cheaper versions I’ve bought. Quite durable too.

Good size with well-fitting lid

This is a good size cup which allows you to have decent cuppa. It kept my drink warm for a good hour. I like that the lid screws on so there's less danger of spilling it onto yourself! I find the lip of the lid feels a bit weird against your mouth because it sticks out a bit, but I guess I'll get used to it eventually.

Great buy

This is great, well worth the buy. Keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. I gave it 4 out of 5 because I feel it doesn't need the handle.

I drink lemon & ginger

I drink lemon & ginger tea with an extra sack of ginger. It cooks and infused it really nicely. A great buy

Not good

You'll need a bottle brush to clean this—the cup is tall and narrow and no hand or regular sponge can reach the bottom. It is very tall and does not fit under my single cup brewer, so I have to brew in a regular cup and transfer. Despite 'preheating' with hot water, it only manages to keep coffee warm <30 min.
