I have found these work very well and better than previous brands I have tried. I had returned to the stresses of work after a holiday and found my chest constricted with entering the fray of things again. I started taking these each day and now after a couple of weeks realise how laid back and much more relaxed I feel with the chest tightness gone. These pills are very small and easy to take. Would highly recommend. Great service by healthpost as always

I use this as part of my diet.I am a vegetarian and I find this product works well to top up my Vitamin B needs.I can recommend this one.

I have been taking these supplements for a couple of years now. I find them helpful for a range of things. As a vegetarian, I take them for the extra B vitamins, they are also useful for stress, energy, hair and skin.
Love this product. The dosages are low enough that my body is able to tolerate it. Higher dosages affect my sleep... great product one of a kind.
Like that these are small pills - for those who find the huge ones off-putting, but need the B supplement, these are great. I'm a vegetarian, and when under a lot of stress or working too hard, I have developed mild deficiencies - so I just take one of these a day and find it just right for my needs. Good value for money too.
