Very effective and you only need a tablet a great, but I can't personally get over the aftertaste. I can't fault the product otherwise but I can't abide the taste.

Got my husband a pack of these purely to make up free delivery and he loves them! He won’t take any other brand but Thompsons for kelp now. Apparently they smell less than other brands.
