My fingernails were forever breaking so I started taking these tablets and after a month or so of taking them I have strong shiny beautiful nails. Will definitely keep purchasing these.

Love this brand. Inexpensive and good value for money. I do not have any white marks in my nails.I take it with L-Glutathione and vit c.
Have been taking this product for 3 years now and it has helped my immune system enormously.
I have dermatitis on my hands from chemicals at work and urticaria pretty much everywhere else from the weather and other chemicals as well.. I have noticed a change in my skin since taking this, less itchiness and small cuts heal slightly quicker. Recommend to anyone with these conditions :) I take one once a day. It seems ok. I only took it for a few days, then occasionally after that. My initial wounds seemed to heal nicely- I'd had some skin burnt off.I did find it hard to take on an ongoing basis due to its size and texture - a capsule would have been easier. I am taking a lot of other pills so that doesn't help.
