Package was delivered quickly and well. Gentle on stomach, effect is good. Will order again. Thorne products are generally great overall.

I stopped this for a week. Big mistake! My liver enzymes (ALT) wentup. Of course, I'm taking 7 capsules 3 times a day, so the effect is a bit exaggerated compared to what would happen on the 'recommended dose'. Also, I'm taking it for iron reduction in addition to liver protection. In any event, it clearly has clinical efficacy (and it was prescribed by my doctor).
