Tiki Cat Variety Pack Grill Pate Adult Cat Food Can 80g-12PK

My cat is addicted to this. She never wanted to finish wet canned food, always wanted and begged for dry food. Now that we switched to Tiki, she could care less about the dry food which is SUPER IMPORTANT because cats need wet food to hydrate their kidneys! I just loss my other kitty because of kidney failure because of her mostly dry food diet. The texture and taste of this brand is PUUURFECT! Thank you Chewy :)

A rare spotting!

Our fur-kits seem to love this! YAY!! We've have almost never seen the bottom of their wet food bowls but Tiki Cat pate seems to be the rare exception!! Yes, ours are a super-finicky bunch and would take kibble over any wet food when given the chance. We are thrilled to have found something they seem to love, so...fingers crossed (to match our eyes). Thank you Tiki Cat!!

Developed allergy

Tried to cancel recent autoship, guess it was too late. Knew Luna was allergic to chicken. It took a long time to find cat food without chicken as an ingredient, even with flavor names like fish or seafood. This Tiki Cat Variety seemed like a solution for months, until Luna got the skin/fur crusts like she had before (with chicken). She'd been eating less and less of her Tiki Cat portions in recent weeks.

Disappointing

My cats have tried out every blend in this box, and they won't eat any of them. The chihuahuas who do like some fish also turned up their noses. I did not review this until each variety had been tried. The cats just sniff their dishes and walk away. They like Tiki After Dark and do like fish so I thought this would be a hit. There is plenty of variety in the box so I am puzzled as why it is so unpopular with them.

Fish Bones in the sardine flavor cans

My cat liked the flavors that were not sardine. I noticed a few times he jumped into the air while eating the sardine flavors and then was hesitant to eat them. I read some other reviews on the sardine cans and saw people had found fish bones in them. I checked and also found tiny sharp bones! Disappointing and dangerous for my fur baby!

Henry likes it for a change, but not every day.

Henry doesn’t like the same thing at every meal. The spoiled little darlin likes a variety three times a day. I can get away with daily repetitive kibble, but he likes it changed every month or so as well. I am very happy with hewy and especially the customer service. I sent an email along with a thank you from my local animal shelter for donating MY mistake. Have no idea how convenient and reasonable your myriad of choices are, what I did before you came into being. At 76 with some health issues you are truly a Godsend. Thank you.

My Cats Didn't Like This

I was really hopeful that this food would be a hit with my cats, but my cats didn't like this food. I thought this food might be healthier (and even tastier) for my cats since this food doesn't list animal by-products as an ingredient. A few of my cats only ate a very tiny bit of this food and left the rest, but most of them avoided this food completely. They are used to eating Pate food but they prefer Fancy Feast Pate over this. I would not purchase this food again.

Not for Maine Coons with food sensitivities

I have been trying to introduce different brands to my Maine Coon along with his vet diet to give him a little more variety and to test what he can & can't eat. I gave him 2 different cans of this food over 32 hours ago & he has been sick since this morning. He hasn't eaten or drank anything in the last 18 hours. He has had diarrhea, vomited twice, and just looks miserable. He can usually eat seafood, but this brand made him sick. This brand is a hard pass for us. I do not recommend if you have a Maine Coon with food sensitivities.

Tuna & crab recipe in tuna broth

My cats are all about texture. This food is not pasty, thick, or has shredded pieces...which my cats dislike. It has the just right wet texture. If you need a really wet food get the tiki cat velvet mousse. Both of these textures from Tiki Cat are great and healthy. My ragdoll, Marco, is finicky and he loves this...Ollie, my other baby, will pretty much eat anything...so no problem there.

a winner for all flavors

this one got a paws up from my 5 cats, a rare happening. they seem to love both the pate texture and the dark, stinky fish flavors. while feeding your cats only fish is probably not recommended--for the possible mercury or other contaminants--finding something they'll all eat is a relief and a blessing. so far, they've loved every flavor and this means I will get the pack again, until they decide they're tired of it, which I hope won't be for some time. I like the smaller cans, and the variety, so my cats and I are in harmony on this one.
