I don't like to spend a lot of money on a flashy watch. All I want is that it tells the time accurately, and is simple and easy to read. The night light feature is useful too. If I damage it I'm not to concerned, it must be able to be usable day to day. I bought mine because I was on a budget, but still needed a watch. This was the only option in a style I liked. I wore it every day, until the plastic strap failed at a stress point, and the buckle broke. The straps are non replaceable to the best of my research, which is a bit of a nuisance. But I like it so much that I want to buy another one the same. Not easy to find a similar watch in this price range.

Great watch!! Even if your eyesight is not perfect for seeing up close. I can see the analog hands and time numbers (in the daylight and indiglow back lite). For me the date not so much. I have had this watch since 07/2013. I work at a physical job and wear it every day. It takes abuse in all weather conditions even submerged. It holds time well just don't forget (like me) to adjust the date as needed each month. The resin band Just broke but no complaints after 4 full years. I typically burn throught watches in about a year even the Timex ironman. You wont be disapointed with this watch. Trying to find a good or the original band anybody know??

I have had this watch for more than 5 years. It keeps excellent time and has been very durable. Neither the housing or crystal shows any scratches. I have replaced the band about twice but that is to be expected with this type of band. I wear it daily even though I own more expensive watches. The date is hard to read but the hands and numbers are very easy to read. One of the reasons I really like this watch. The battery lasts a good time as well, at least 2 years. I have actually gotten a compliment or two on how this watch looks. It's a solid, good working, no frills watch, I really have liked it. My $100+ watches sit in a drawer except when I really want to be dressed up.
I have had this watch for about 4 months now. As a first responder I needed a watch that wasnt too expensive, easy to read (day or night) and analog. Out of the box the watch looked very clean with the military time giving it a nice tactical look. I was pleased with the watch at first until recently I found out that the light was no longer functioning correctly. The light on this watch is very important because the numbers do not hold a glow for a significant amount of time. Other than the light the hands and time keeping functions work great.

I love the band on this watch because the strap keeper is notched so it stays in place on the band. The Indiglo light is a bit disappointing, in that its not very bright. I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because of this. My other Timex watch has a bright, white backlight, but this watch the backlight is blue, and not very bright. There are many Timex sports watches to choose from, but I chose this one because of clarity and price. Im not a fan of wristwatches, just needed something inexpensive and lightweight...this fits. Dislike the fixed bezel, but it is exactly fits my needs. Dial face is not huge, easy to read. Hands are luminescent once exposed to light, would be nice to have the indigo light stay on after pressed for a few seconds. For $36, solid 4 stars
My all black, Timex Expedition Dive Style Watch keeps wonderful time, as does every Timex Watch that I own. This particular watch is very Light and very Comfortable. Most of the time, you do not think that you are wearing a watch. The end of the watch strap also cleverly fits into the watch band holder so that it easily stays in place. This is not a great looking dress watch, but instead, it is a Great Every day Watch for wearing while doing work around the house and also great for the times you go out to the field or out to the Range. You will not worry about getting dirty when wearing this Timex Watch. D.W.....
The watch looks great. The band is a bit stiff and sometimes difficult to adjust. Watch keeps great time. Only disappointments are the date window is too small and sometimes hard to read and the diver depth bezel doesn’t move so is useless.
This is my go-to watch for my casual, outdoor lifestyle. The illumination of the dial sure makes it great for camping. It is also very light in weight. This is also my second Timex Expedition watch. The old one took 12 years to stop working even with a new battery. But at less than $40, the value factor is amazing! If you like a rugged, easy-to-read watch, this is it!
