On the front is the Dirty Water Tank (DWT) approx. 0.72L which slowly fills up when using the machine. The body of the S7 Pro is mainly plastic but feels durable in nature. The head is where the weight of the product is largely found. In all the S7 Pro weighs just over 11 lbs without any water being added so be mindful of this. The battery of the Tineco S7 Pro is 3900mAh and is advertised to power the machine for up to 40 minutes which is generally pretty close to what I evaluated and found although I get slightly less. When using the mop, I found that Tineco's SmoothPower or a self propulsion system, is really beneficial for reducing the weight of the mop since the automatic movement forward as you push the S7 kicks in and makes the mop feel a fraction of the weight that it actually is.Once I am done using the machine I simply place it back on the charging station where the machine will begin to recharge. Incidentally, charging can take a few hours when I run the machine right down to a few percent of battery remaining. This is something to think about if you have a large home because if you only manage to clean part of your home and want to clean the rest, you might be waiting a while. I'll note coverage on a single charge below.PHYSICAL DESIGNThe S7 Pro looks just like a vacuum cleaner in part because that's one of its roles. Its about 44" in total height. The handle for the S7 Pro is quite generous. Compared to other Tineco products that I have reviewed, this one will allow you to easily grip the handle without feeling that your hand is being constricted by the design of the handle. As a result, when using the mop I found it much easier to guide and maneuver.Additionally, the handle contains the controls for self cleaning, mode selection, wifi connection and more which are placed out of the way so that even as you are altering your grip as you use the mop, the controls don't get in the way, at least they don't for me.The head of the unit is about just over 10" wide and about 2.5" high meaning that this cleaner can get under the bottom of your kitchen cupboards and clean effectively underneath. One limitation of the mop that I find when using it is that since the head is 10" wide, it does not get into those tight spots.MODESThere are 4 modes, Auto Mode, Max Mode, Ultra Mode and Suction Mode.Auto Mode: The machine decides how much water to use and on the suction powerMax Mode: The suction and water spray are set to maximumUltra Mode: Is your deep cleaning modeSuction Mode: No spray, suction only which you use when you are trying to suck up liquid off the ground (ie you spilled something)PEFORMANCEUltimately the S7 Pro is a buy or not based on performance first and foremost. In my experience, I find that the machine does a very good job at cleaning smooth floors. The high number of revolutions/minute of the roller brush are sufficient to get most stains and marks cleaned up.It does still have some constraints depending on what it is that is stuck to the floor and I notice in my kitchen tiles which have an uneven pattern it gets most of the dips very very well but sometimes requires a few passes over a spot to clean it well.I also find that the cleaning solution does make a difference in getting the best performance out of the machine. If you need more I looked on Amazon and found you can get more which is good to see.The machine's auto mode is ok but I find myself consistently using the ultra mode since it is the most powerful and I figure that if I'm going to clean I might as well go for the maximum power.Regardless of the mode you use, the machine does a great job at putting out enough water to clean but not too much which results in your floors drying quickly which I really like. One thing I would point out, is that I do vacuum my floors before using the S7 Pro. I am paranoid of sucking up things within the DWT and then dumping them in the toilet etc out of fear that they may at some point impact my drainage system. I would suggest doing the same but it is extra work.As I also noted, the machine is limited by the head's width in getting into small spaces.MY ISSUESMy biggest issue about this machine is perhaps the issue of owning a home with mixed hardwood, tiled and carpet flooring. When you want to move from one floor to another but have to cross over a carpeted area, you need to power off the machine totally and push it unless you want to end up mopping your floors. There is no mechanism with the self propulsion system to have it on and ride over your carpets without activ...

I struggled with the decision to purchase the S7, both cost and read enough negative reviews to make me apprehensive, but I kept going back to Tineco, because the good reviews were really good, and they honed in on issues I was interested in. The S7 Pro had features I wanted, but did not seem to be available all on one machine, with any other maker, so I held my breath and placed an order. The S7 Pro had features I wanted, but did not seem to be available all on one machine, with any other maker, so I held my breath and placed an order. First, let me say that it was packaged better than almost anything I have ever purchased. My first thought was, if the packaging is an example of the quality of the vac mop, it is going to be great. Pieces were wrapped in tissue paper, then placed in individual plastic bags, then wedged into very strong molded cardboard. Needless to say, it was in perfect condition when it arrived, with “Quick-Start” instructions printed on the huge inside flap, and took only about 5 minutes to put together. As for how it cleans, it is great! I am a 72 year old female with two cats, and I hate housework, especially doing floors, so they have not been getting much attention. With the S7, I put water and a capful of cleaner in the tank, turned it on, and it moved so fast I had to hold it back. The fact that it is self-propelled, and I am not exhausted when I finish, is almost enough to make it worth the money, but there is more. Yes, it gets about as close to the baseboards as anything could, and it is not uncomfortably loud. I was able to listed to a podcast with earbuds, with no difficulty. When finished, cleanup is easy. Yes, the dirty water is gross, but clearly my floors were dirty. I would recommend putting a strainer in the sink when dumping out the dirty water. I did run the vacuum before using it, but the S7 still picked up a shocking amount of hair, very tiny pebbles, dirt, etc. Finally, the self-clean feature is awesome. Yes, you do still have to do some hand cleaning, but the self clean feature takes care of most of it. While the machine is recharging, there is a accessory holder that allows the roller and filter to finish drying (and it comes with an extra roller and filter). As for how long the charge lasts, I could probably do the whole house, if just doing traffic areas (I have all hard floors throughout the house) on one charge. I decided to move furniture and get everything this first time, so recharging was necessary. Of course, it would be great to have a battery that lasts a couple of hours, but this product is powerful and does an outstanding job, so I think the charge lasts a reasonable amount of time. If unlimited cleaning time was at the top of my list, I would have purchased the corded model. The instruction manual is thorough and well-written, and the audio + screen are both very helpful. I have no complaints at all about my new S7 and look forward to showing my neighbor. As a retiree, yes it is a lot of money, but it is going to save me time and aggravation, and I know I will be cleaning my floors much more frequently. My fears have been out to rest, and I am very glad to have made the purchase. I am convinced this is the best vac mop out there.

Bonus feature was the dirty tank actually fits in our bathroom sink so we just rinse and dump into the toilet... So genius.!!!First and foremost, it cleans extremely well when you use it as it is intended. It's meant to replace manually mopping (mop and bucket) the floors and not spreading dirty water all over the house. This machine isn't made to scrub dried on, stuck on, smashed in food which has been sitting for days. Anything which takes a lot of elbow grease to clean, will still need to be cleaned manually. It also isn't meant to clean carpets, so don't think you are getting a carpet cleaner/hard floor cleaner combo. For us, we use the ultra-mode every time and the battery has about 30% left after 1100 Sq ft cleaning.Cleanup is a breeze, and we LOVE the self-clean. We just dump the dirty water, rinse it out, wipe it down, refill the clean water and it's ready to go for the next time we need it. I'm always amazed how much dirt it picks up, even after a vacuum. There are just a couple of cons....First is the price! It's a great machine but it's overpriced for sure, so minus 1 star. The second biggest con are the motorized wheels - Once they get wet, they lose traction and then can't register if I'm on the push or pull part of the cleaning stroke. So, when I'm pushing, it's trying to go backwards. I contacted customer service who escalated the issue, but they responded with its functioning normally and to press down harder. For the price of this machine, I would have expected it to not have this type of easily foreseen issue. I didn't subtract a star for this issue but I'm hoping the wheel motor doesn't die prematurely because of this issue.Word of caution - We have cats and 3 litter boxes in a laundry room. If you have clumping litter and haven't vacuumed the litter up prior to mopping, DON"T MOP!!! Yes, the mop will pick up the litter, but when clumping litter gets wet, it's going to clump in the machine which is a pain to clean. I spent over 40 minutes cleaning the machine as our litter was sticky and it took a lot of scrubbing to get it out. For this room, we always do a quick vac with a cordless vac and then mop.If it were cheaper and didn't have the motorized wheel issue, I would say it was a perfect machine and should be in every hard floor home.

I know what you are thinking . The price is too high ! You are right . It is . But its worth it! Let me start off by saying that there are other wet vacuum floor, cleaners that are half the price , but not good . Those other machines simply do a poor job in doing what they are supposed to do , which is clean your hard floors perfectly . That is what the Tineco S7 Pro does .Ok , so when you turn it on , the gorgeous screen tells you everything you need to do with visuals and voice . You then mix the cleaning solution that they give you in with water . You engage the machine , which is set to auto clean by default and watch your hard floors get cleaner than you have ever seen before . You then mix the cleaning solution that they give you in with water . You engage the machine , which is set to auto clean by default and watch your hard floors get cleaner than you have ever seen before . Basically ,the machine will automatically assess how dirty the floor is and perfectly clean it by removing anything off the floor and then washing them In 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your floor or floors. The results are perfectly clean streak free floors .They include a lithium ion rechargeable battery that will give you 40 minutes of run time , which means , yup should have enough time cleaning all your hard surfaces. Considering that the machine is smart , it knows how much water to put down allowing you to not have to fill up the clean water tank again and again .When you are done , the machine will clean itself perfectly . In fact , the machine is so smart that during cleaning of the floors , the roller cleaning pad never got dirty , which means you are always using a clean pad at all times . When the auto cleaning cycle is done, everything is perfectly clean ! All you have to do is pour out and rinse the dirty water tank and take out the wet roller pad and let dry . How easy is that ?The solution that they give you is really the best . It is powerful in its cleaning , safe to use and your floors are streak free and very shiny. What more could you ask for ? Its perfect and yes, its worth the money because it is the new and upgraded model . Its worth the money . Get it and you will see why .
I LOVE CLEANING MY FLOORS NOW!!This tool is a game changer for anyone trying to keep a clean home as efficiently as possible. I have no carpet in my Florida home- just tile and LVP. With 2 dogs running in/out (and occasional accidents) of the house and 2 adults doing the same- keeping the floors clean was either impossible or a long exhausted process - vacuum the whole house and then mop. Even though I would mop immediately after vacuuming, new crumbs and sand would get tracked it so the mop just moved the stuff around. This is ONE STEP- vacuums and maps at the same time. There is a screen that keeps you posted as to whats going on with the machine and level of dirtiness on the floor. BLUE ring - clean. RED ring dirty, including not visible - like residue from a ... There is a screen that keeps you posted as to whats going on with the machine and level of dirtiness on the floor. BLUE ring - clean. RED ring dirty, including not visible - like residue from a cleaning product, etc. It senses the level of dirtiness and automatically adjust the intensity of the clean when in auto mode. It has a max mode if you see a visible mess and an ultra mode that ionizes the water so you dont need floor cleaning solution- I use that mode daily on the LVP that most chemicals are not to be used on it.It has 2 self cleaning modes- a quickie 2 minute clean and a 6 minute deep cleaning mode!!I love this model as it has dual sided close edge cleaning - the S5 only has one sided close edge cleaning.I love LOVE the vacuum and mop chore in my house now!!!
I received this item for Christmas and was so excited. As I began to use it there were a few things I noticed that could use improvement.Pros:-This wet vac is sleek with a beautiful look. There are plenty of videos online with how to set it up.-The vacuum prompts you when setting up.-Its cordless and runs about 40 minutes, I was able to do my entire downstairs in less then this amount of time (about 1,000 square feet). Depending on what mode you use, also depends on the amount of battery drained. I used automatic.-Picks up those light smudges and scuff marks that can be left on the floor from someone spilling water or other light things. Some marks required a couple passes but that was fine.-Very quiet, my little guy could watch his show without getting ... MoreI received this item for Christmas and was so excited. I used automatic.-Picks up those light smudges and scuff marks that can be left on the floor from someone spilling water or other light things. Some marks required a couple passes but that was fine.-Very quiet, my little guy could watch his show without getting annoyed.-Pushing and pulling is a breeze because the wheels automatically switched to the direction you are going, so you arent using a lot of muscle strain like normal vacuums.-It gets corners decently with the dual sides. You will want to turn the vacuum to get different corners if you are trying to pick up things very close to the floorboards.-No streaks. Love that there were no funky streaks on the floor like I would get with my Shark steam mop.-Nice automatic clean feature. I love this because it cleans out the brush and does a great job. It was quite impressive.-Cordless and not bulky.-There is a little place on the stand for the extra vacuum brush and filter.Cons-Way overpricedWhen using the Vacuum after the third time, I noticed a trail of dirty water marks on my floor.I had to go back with a rag and clean up the dirty water marks by hand. It wasnt a lot, but it was enough to be concerned that the machine was faulty. I tried to empty the canisters and re-insert everything accordingly but again, when I stopped the vacuum, there was a brown trail of dirty water the length of the roller brush and I had to wipe it off by hand. I called Tineco and they did not know why my vacuum was doing this. For $799, I wasnt expecting to have issues after the third time moping. The first time using the machine, I had zero issues.-In order to keep the lifespan of this vacuum, its best to used distilled water. This prevents calcium build up that you would get from tap water. After reading the manual vigorously, I noticed this discrepancy in small letters. I tend to use distilled on all my appliances that require water in order to prolong their lifespan.-After the third time vacuuming, I noticed when I pulled the machine, the wheels would continue to spin forward. No matter what I did, the machine did not respond like it should. I noticed other reviewers mentioned this issue as well. Again, for $799, I thought it was a lot of money for these issues to happen so quickly.-Its best to do a thorough cleaning of the dirty tank and filter after each use so it is nice and dry otherwise the gunk and odor will build up. Not a big deal to me, I like my things clean. Takes about 7-10 minutes to clean it thoroughly.-For deeper scuff marks and gunk, you will have to wipe off by hand. No matter how many times you pass over the deep gunk, it will not come off. Again, not a big deal to me I dont expect magic hands to pop out if the machine and clean everything.-My biggest con is that this wet vacuum does not have a replacement battery option. So if your vacuum stops charging after a year or two, consider it a brick and throw it in the trash. Tineco does have a two year warranty, however, we all know batteries eventually need to be replaced and at $799 and the ability to not replace the battery leaves a big drawback for me. Ive had smaller cheaper appliances with rechargeable batteries (that were nit replaceable) and after two years, they tend to die, so at $799, I dont think its worth the price if the battery cannot be replaced. My overall experience with this wet vacuum is that, when it does function properly, its quite amazing. My first time using it, it cleaned my floors effortlessly and they looked so clean (keep in mind I have no animals in my home or small babies ). I did send mine back and considered getting another one, however after learning about the battery not being replaceable and for the price of $799 with only a two year warranty, I think I will have to pass. I wouldve loved to have kept this wet vac because overall, it does a great job when functioning properly, but Im not a millionaire with money to throw away every few years. Hopefully this review was helpful.
?Pros:- very well built machine- easy to use/ start using. When use the machine for the first time, it automatically takes you thru a tutorial with diagram showing on the colored screen. You can choose between a 2 min quick clean or 6 min deep clean.-the mop/ suction head is small enough to fit into most areas to clean- there is a light in front which can also be turned off, but helps to see what you need to clean.- battery power is amazing I cleaned 1/3 of my first floor including the kitchen (most dirty) and some other areas, it only used just over 10% of the power on auto mode.-the charging stat make charging super easy.- cleaning ans suction power is great. I was able to clean the corners well after a few mops, where my moping/vacuum robot couldn't get to, and it had lots of build up.Areas that could improve:- there is only one compartment for dirty residues. Which mix both solids from the vacuum and dirty water from mopping all together. I had to try to separate them as I don't want to clog any pipes with the dirty solids.Overall I think this is an amazing vaccum/ mop all in one. The quality and power is worth the money you pay for. If they can separate the solids and liquid that would make it perfect.
