My daughter has loved this mat since she was 1 month old and still uses it every day at 5 months old. The bird plays music which is an absolute must. There are other versions without the musical bird, but this always captivates my daughters attention. I have had to change the batteries twice, but it’s because we always have it playing since she loves it so much! There are a bunch of songs that it plays. The critters are movable so you can place them wherever you’d like them to be in reach and in whichever order. Great to use for tummy time, too. It’s also a material that is very easy to clean. Got this for my 4 month old to help with tummy time and grabbing toys. It was great until a few weeks in and the song machine became defective and is in an insufferable 1 second loop. Will not play any other songs. Was hoping to use it for a while especially for car rides but it’s useless in a very short amount of time. Don’t recommend unless you just want the toys which are great and attract my 4 month old.

The bottom is extremely thin so you cannot use it any hard floor like wood or tiles. Only way is to be on carpet or to purchase another product to soften it up underneath. Love that you can easily adjust the top (when you want to flip to tummy time), also making it easier to take the baby out without having to slide them around to try and avoid hitting their head. Also, I would have preferred an easier method of trying to switch out the clips so I can hang whatever I want wherever I want as they are a little restricting.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this mat. I had a take along tiny love mobile for my first daughter so assumed the product quality would be the same when purchasing this for my second. I was highly disappointed when the song bird, like so many others, stopped working after not even 2 months. It would play the first 10-seconds of the song and then just get stuck on repeat of that 10-seconds. I contacted customer service and a new one was sent, however the first time we went to use it, the same exact thing happened. There is clearly something wrong with the mechanics of this song bird if so many people have had this issue. I wish I had done my research and purchased a different product, my daughter shows no interest now that the song bird isn't a feature.
My 3 month old daughter absolutely loves this play mat! Between crinkle paper and rattle toys, It has numerous toys with different sounds and textures to appeal to her senses. She loves the little bird that hangs from the top. I like that it plays music but isn’t way too loud or obnoxious, and it’s neat that every time she bats at it and hits it the song changes. The subtle flashing colored lights are awesome as well. The mat part is soft and has a light fluff to it, and to make things better, it’s washable! Definitely love this product.
This gymini is very cute. My daughter absolutely loves it. We bought it for her for Christmas in 2020. It has only been 2 months and the singing bird at the top of the gymini has shorted out and now only plays the first few notes of the first song in the song rotation. It repeats those same notes over and over and over... (which is horribly annoying!). Taking out the batteries and replacing them did not work. Hopefully we can get this replaced, because 2 months before breaking isn't acceptable.

I ordered the pink version for my daughter. The colors are amazing - subtle and pretty instead of obnoxious like the ones with all the primary colors. The toys are super cute, the mat has lots of flaps and things for baby to play with when she’s older. But the musical owl steals the show. My daughter is 2 mos old and loves it! I cannot say how much we have enjoyed this play mat. It is so cute and colorful. My baby has enjoyed playing on it since she was just a few weeks old. She is almost three months now, and it’s been so fun to watch her get more interested in the toys as she’s grown. The little singing/light up bird at the top is her favorite toy that she has. Her face literally lights up when she sees it. I super recommend this product!!
My son absolutely loves this play mat, constantly kicking! He is always smiling at the song bird. He is now also grabbing at the hanging animal friends as well! Great for his motor skills. I read some reviews about how the song bird would play the first 10 seconds and go into repeat. Yes that has happened here as well, but when you change the battery it’s works normal again. LOVE this mat!
My baby loved this gym. It is a part of her every day routine! She loves all her little animal friends and loves the songbird. After two months of using this the bird now only plays the first 10 sec of one song and gets stuck in the loop no matter what I do. This also happened to my friend Miranda with her into the forest gymini. Im disappointed in the quality of the mechanics of this baby gym and will be contacting tiny love about this and hopefully they can help. Other than the song bird my baby loves all her forest pals
