I almost forgot that I had this on when I was eating something and licked my lips before I remembered and I was surprised to see that there was no taste or smudging and the lipstick was still intact on my lips without any wear. it's not budge proof or anything but if you have to gently dab or lick your lips it's not going to disturb the application and that was a huge plus for me because if you don't have it on you for touching up or if you're like me and I just remove my lipstick whenever I eat or drink anything it's nice to not have to worry about it. my lips chap horribly and they peel several times a day because the skin on my lips seems to grow back fast so my lips are always dry and chapped if I don't keep them hydrated and moisturized and I was happy to see that I could wear this and my lips don't dry out and I can get a decent amount of wear time before reapplying it. the coverage goes on sheer at first and is buildable. if you want a longer wear and a more opaque coverage you would have to wear a lip liner with this shade. I like the fact that it's kind of sheer and I don't usually like to bother with wearing lip liners and things because I am a no hassle makeup wearer, I like to just be able to apply and go without a lot of extra steps unless it's for a special occasion. I think I would legitimately consider buying a more everyday type of shade of this because even though it's more on the higher price range than I usually go for I really do like the wear and the formula of this lipstick. for a skin tone reference I usually wear nw25 from mac, I'm a light to medium skin tone, more on the neutral side

The second thing I noticed is that I thought it was feathering at first, but I realized it was just exaggerating the wrinkles around my lips. I'm a former smoker, and have never noticed the "old lady smoker" lips until I put this on. Again, I feel both were most likely more the color than the actual lipstick. I really liked the formula itself. It was super moisturizing, I actually forgot I had lipstick on at one point. It does seem to be a bit more long lasting than other lipsticks, but it could be the color staining my lips. All in all I think it's a good lipstick, but the color is so terribly wrong for me I'll never wear it again.

What can I say - TF knows what he is doing. It is my favorite lipstick of all times. I believe I went originally to Sephora to get Pink Dusk, but trying it at the store Paper Doll looked so much better on me. As always, the lipstick is buttery and very pigmented. I love it on my lips, I always get complements when I am wearing it - it is my winter color, it might be a bit too pale for the summer and for my tan. And the feeling is high lux, the bullet is sexy, heavy, elegant. Everything TF is famous for. It opened the whole new expensive world of TF products for me. One minus - as often with TF it is Limited edt. I am using it sparingly.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. Scarlet Rouge is a really fabulous red lipstick! The formula is super creamy and the shade of red is so bright and punchy without leaning too orange. I'd describe it as a bright, true red. The finish is pretty satiny which isn't usually my go-to but it gives this bold color a really sexy vibe. Worn alone the color starts out a little sheer but can be built up to full coverage. I'm wearing it with a red lip liner in the picture which gives it a deeper color and longer wear. The packaging is heavy and feels so luxe! My one and only complaint is that I don't love the shape of the Tom Ford bullets, they're a little too wide for my taste, but overall this is a fabulous lipstick, and I would absolutely recommend ... I love matte lipsticks because they tend to last much longer and more natural but it’s hard to find one that is not drying out your lips. This lipstick is paraben-free, sulfate-free and talc-free so you can assure you’re not ingesting any harmful chemicals. It’s highly pigmented, creamy and glides on beautifully. The shade is flattering and truly matte but also gives the lips a moisturized feeling not chapping out your lips like other matte lipsticks. With long lasting formula, you barely see color comes out when eating or drinking. Comfortable for all day wear. Packaging is beautiful and elegant. Definitely would recommend this lipstick!

I was super stoked to receive this Tom Ford Lip Color from Influenster for testing purposes, right in time for the holidays Happy for a little holiday cheer after a long year! The shade I received is 03 Casablanca— I would describe this lippie as a dusty mauve tone and it’s on the neutral to cooler side of the spectrum in terms of undertone. It glides on super easy and requires no tugging or pulling on the lip. It is very buttery and leaves a satin/gloss finish, which at the moment— feels a little heavy for my taste. This is only because I’ve been wearing mostly only tinted balm since COVID has us all wearing masks all the time. It’s a gorgeous color, nonetheless! It isn’t too vampy or gothic and doesn’t give me 80s flashbacks or Kardashian vibes.
