Our three year old daughter absolutely loves this night light. We've tried other night lights for our son but nothing quite compares to this one, so he now has one too. It's durable, with a soft and flexible material so they can't crack it or anything. They love the little portable egg that they can carry with them if they need the toilet at night etc. It's easy to dim the light and it's a very soft glow. Would highly recommend

Smaller than expected. Made from rubbery material. The switch on/off button on the penguin doesn’t do anything. Pressed it in all sorts of ways. So once it’s charged the egg stays on until it runs out of charge. So wouldn’t recommend this product.

Amazing product. Perfect glow for getting up in the night to change/feed baby. 3 different brightness settings. You CAN turn egg off by holding the top down for a few seconds. Charge holds so can take the egg away for a few nights without the base. I keep it on my bedside table and grab the egg when I need to get up. Such an excellent buy! Sadly my egg developed a fault after 7 months but I got a replacement.
The product looks cute, but the light doesn’t completely switch off. When the product is plugged in, the penguin and egg are lit. You can control the brightness of the light but it remains on all night. I thought you could switch on and off using the button at the front.The only way to get total darkness is to put the egg in the bedside table.Better for older children rather than newborns.
I like the glow and soft feel of the egg light, and penguin base too. Using nightly. Seems safe and as if it will have longevity so might eventually be passed from me to child. Lightweight but base is grippy so stable enough. Would be good to have other options e.g. plain, non penguin, and shorter.
After persisting with other well rated night lamps that proved useless, I opted for this. It's great and got me through the night wakings/feeds as well as a low light option for nappy changes etc.It's longevity is great and my toddler loves this now with the egg a good distraction without fear of breakage. I know the lack of plug is not ideal but it's the norm now and was easy enough to purchase a plug adapter.We still use this as a night light when my son is a little restless at bedtime. All round one of my best baby buys!

The night light offers different brightness setting both on the egg and the penguin so you can set it to be just right. My 4 year old and 2 year old share a room and this is perfect for them. My four year old can take the egg to go to the bathroom and not leave my 2 year old in the dark. Neither the penguin or the egg get hot like other lights which offers some piece of mind. The on off switch on the penguin is easy enough for either of them to push. It comes with a plug in cord (USB plug in) but not a base that the cord plugs into the wall with. So if you usd your bases for phone charging at night then you will have to buy another one for this. Still cheaper then batteries in the long run thou. I also wish there was a blue light setting which I find easier on sleepy eyes.

It's a lovely soft light and not too bright for nighttime feeds/changes. We have found it great, and love how you can dum the light and then it grows with your child so they can use the egg as a nightlight.
