Absolutely lobe the tonie box! My nephew just turned 2 and I got him one for his birthday. I know they say 3 and up but he loves his and his mom said he falls asleep to it everynight. He has every paw patrol character and loves listening to their stories while playing with his other characters! He's getting new tonies for every holiday from now on! The travel case is perfect and his mom is in the process of getting him the rocket shelf which she's very excited about!! We love screen free fun activities and this is perfect and the characters will change as he gets older so it's well worth the investment in the box! I got the headphones too but he hasn't used them yet they are more for when he's a little older on road trips!

I was very skeptical when I first considered purchasing a toniebox this past Christmas. I have 4 boys (1-7yrs) and between them being so rough on things and falling out of love with toys as quickly as we get them, I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the expense to just end up collecting dust in a corner a week later. However, I am so glad that I ultimately did make the purchase, because it is hands down my 3 year olds favorite possession. He will take it from room to room and collects all his tonies together in a bag to carry around with it. For whatever reason it was a huge pain to set up initially and I had a bunch of trouble getting it to connect to our wifi, but now that it is I haven’t had to do anything with it since, so all’s well that ends well! Zero regrets, would purchase this again in a heartbeat!

For $100, the quality of the speaker in this system is utterly disappointing. It came out of the box fuzzy (sounding blown). Given the ability to make fantastic sounding, small speakers these days, this sounds like it cost all of $5. Second is the inability to easily skip songs (or to choose a song). You must “whack” the box to go to the next track meaning you may have to “whack” it 25 times to get to the song of your choosing. Last, is the fact that the vocalists in the frozen tonie’s we bought are not those from the movies. They sound totally different. Needless to say, I’m strongly considering returning this without even giving it to my daughter. We bought it for Christmas, however, so we’re going to see what she thinks.

Bought this for my 7 y/o.For context she is a DV survivor and has PtSD, I was looking for something to help her at night.She loves Tiny Chef, Carmen San Diego, and the Peppa Pig bedtime stories. She listens to these at night and falls asleep within 15 minutes. She’s now happy to go to bed, excited to pick out her character, and we also bought the bag and headphones so she can take it in the car with her.Her Tonie goes everywhere with her and she’s built quite the wishlist. The stories are great, there are plenty of character options, and the totable bag and headphones make it so convenient. It replaces iPad time and has only added to her already vivid imagination.I highly recommend.

Tonie’s support is entirely unreachable… we received a defective box over a month ago (only works on the charger). We were disappointed, but went back-and-forth with support (slow) giving bogus advice to buy themselves time. After doing all they requested (troubleshooting, taking videos, leaving it on charger untouched for extended time), when it became clear, ours was a defective box, we were ghosted.Absolutely no attempt to make this right or replace the box. I haven’t heard back from support in weeks.DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY OR ANYWHERE THAT WILL NOT EXCEPT RETURNS QUICKLY. SHAME. I WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE REVIEWS ON EVERY PLATFORM THAT SELLS TONIES.
My almost 2 year old loves her Tonie box. She can't sit through a full Tonie, but loves switching them out, dancing to the different songs, and being in control of what she wants to listen to. Our original Tonie box recently stopped working and the customer service is literally OUT OF THIS WORLD! Roberto was such a help and got the problem figured out within a day. He was quick to respond to emails, and even was able to replace our Tonie box. I could not recommend this company and product enough! It's also so nice to be able to ask for Tonies for birthdays and holidays - less clutter in our house vs the big toys, and it is something my daughter really enjoys!
