Although I believe that the right tool for the job makes the job easier even if it's for one purpose only, I always thought that these trim removers were a fad and not really needed. But when I had this project to complete on my totally standard daily driver I couldn't afford to cause any damage so I found it a good excuse to get this set. I was so wrong in thinking that these don't really "do much" and "aren't needed" because without these I had absolutely no chance of completing the project I was doing, in the time that I managed to complete it, and without any damage to my interior. I should have bought these many many years ago some of the projects I did back then would have been much better had I had these! Highly recommended!

Sturdy enough, good quality & doesn’t leave any marks from the edges of the tools.Used it to lift the door seal on the interior of my car & the tools held in place nicely.I’m sure I’ll find plenty more uses for these!Delivery was a little slow, not sure if that’s Supercheap or Australia Post.
Happy with these trim removal tools. They are strong & were very handy when I fitted a 2 channel Blackvue dashcam to my 2022 Kia Sportage. Saved alot time & potential damage to trim & roof lining when running the cables.
I have only used 2 of the set thus far but can attest to the fact they do no damage when removing hard plastic trim around my dash. I asked too much of one end and placed a dent in the edge (which would potentially damaged trim on subsequent uses), but restored the surface using a fine file. No problem! I think for the money, this set is adequate for the occasional use it will receive.
Good selection of sizes and shapes to suit trim and trim clip removal to suit most jobs. Surprisingly strong. Minimal flex allowing a strong lifting force. Suitable for use on all types of plastic trim around a car, not just door panels. Very useful when installing Dash Cams and other Automotive wiring.
Oh it was a fun day to buy from SuperCheap. Got there to find the power had gone out. The only way they could do business was through click and collect so that's how we did it. They had this item at the door very quickly and I was able to be on my way. Another business in the adjoining premise had shut down because they were on the same power supply circuit so they couldn't function at all.
This set is made out of some composite plastic type material. It is much stronger than it looks and can Tahe the pressure of pooping out trim fasteners. Whilst the bevel edges on the tools looked a little coarse initially, they did slide under all the trims, without damage, when you applied a bit of pressure. This is a good product and I now prefer it to my old metal trim removers which could damage trims.
Set worked great to get the door trims off a few Fords and replace the stupid gear in the door mechanism that is always breaking. Definitely worth the money. Buy these and save yourself a lot of hassle and stop breaking tree clips. You still need to remove all the screws, but after that, these tools get the job done in no time.
