Great product, great price, great service .
I invested in this expensive dual pump so I would only need one pump for tyres and shock pressures when bikepacking to save weight. Unexpectedly for a Topeak the pump I received has a massive defect in that you can’t disconnect the nozzle from a high pressure shock without losing 30+psi of pressure which is enough to alter the suspension performance radically. This compares to my fox shock pump where I lose 2-3 psi at most. It is extremely frustrating to invest in such an expensive piece of kit that doesn’t work. I’d like Topeak to send me a modified dual pump that works please as soon as they upgrade this model. That should be soon - they shouldn’t be selling them like this when they don’t work properly .
