Easy installation with good speed. This is to replace (in readiness to move the machine) an ethernet cable feed and getting virtually the same speed. PC is still only 8 yards from router. Only problem encountered, I had to find a screw to fasten it to motherboard as one was not supplied and my machine had 'break out' panels. Been running a few days now and I am well pleased. I intend to move the machine to a more remote location soon with walls between so I hope the performance remains the same. If not I will update the review.

Great card, easy to install (just restart the machine after installing the drivers) and fast speeds. My old network card was giving me 1-2MB/s, this got me up to 8. Results will depend on your provider but if you feel like you aren't getting the speeds you should be, it's well worth investing in a new network card.

Very easy to install, plug into your PCIe slot then screw to the case. Attach the 2 antenna. My windows10 just picked it up and i connected to my wifi and that was it. I had been using a USB dongle but this item is way better, I mostly connect to 5ghz at 590mbps whereas with a USB dongle it was often only 2.4ghz at under 100mbps. I usually prefer a wired connection but due to the location of the BT master socket my router is quite a distance away so a cable is a trip hazard.

My old wireless card was continually loosing connection and was painfully slow. You guys had a great deal going on with this card so I thought Iād give it a go! The transformation was amazing with both Internet speed and stability. It made an incredible difference for so little money.
This product is absolutely bang on the money! My internet access is literally at my front door, and my front room is the other side of the flat, and on the other side of the hall. So for my gaming desktop, a cable is a no-go, sadly.I used WiFi extenders, however gamers beware! These things have some sort of wierd built-in "swing." I have no idea what it is, but under high demand, it will boot you off now and then for up to a few minutes. I tried about 5 different brands, all the same. But this simple PCIe adapter is cheaper, but powerful, and it WORKS!! Gaming has been smooth ever since!! And, incase you aren't knowledgeable on such things, you can fit this PCIe x1 into any PCIe 1, 4, 8, or 16 slot.
Pros: Provided a solid wireless connection, whilst it was still functioning.Cons: Died after approximately two weeks of use.
Pros: Pretty easy to install, and works well after loading propper driver's, rather than windows thinking it knew best.Cons: Really needs to recommend propper driver installation rather than letting windows do its own thing.
Quality brand - TP Link, and reliable performance. Easy to fit, set up and use within minutes. Good value too. Secure & good connection on wifi even though some distance from router.
This was unfortunately installed in my Scan PC when I got it and it gives the worst internet connection I've had since dial-up, average speed tests - my laptop gets 75Mbps, my phone gets 100+Mbps and my Scan computer gets 8Mbps if I'm lucky, I disabled it and tried a dongle and got 68Mbps.
