It's so easy to take, I just put it in a glass with about 1/4 cup water and drink it. So easy. Some people have commented that it has a metallic taste, but I don't think it does, it just tastes like water. I use the recommended dose if three drops.

I purchased this item and wanted to get this in my system right away. It just so happens that I took my first dose in the evening.. WELL for 2 weeks straight, I've been having trouble falling asleep for more than 5 hours per night and waking up tired. I've been sluggish at work as well. By the next morning, I felt rejuvenated. Amazing results and my doctor had been telling me for 2 weeks to purchase it. FINALLY.. I highly recommend this product....

This item is extremely bitter. The way I consume it is with apple or orange juice. I pour just enough to emulsify and chug it down. The faster I can drink it, the less I taste it. It's worth the sacrifice when you know your body is going to use EVERY bit instead of just 10% when you take as a pill.
