Trace Minerals is a great company, I also take their Trace Mineral Drops and I can always rely on this company to have high quality products. I take their Mega-Mag every day. I know it works because if I don't take it I get tension headaches the next day. Magnesium is natural muscle relaxant and I would be in pain much of the time without this product. The taste might be a little strong for some people, but I just mix it with some water.
