A lot of us are deficient in minerals as the soil is depleted. Most of us are not eating enough vegetables and fruits to get the nutrients we need. This is an excellent Ionic Trace mineral drop. I just started taking it in a glass of water. It doesn't taste great so you can mix it in orange or mixed fruit juice. I would highly recommend this mineral blend to everyone. Its excellent to manage restless leg syndrome. Magnesium is a naturally existing muscle relaxant and help ease muscle tension. Therefore its a recommended natural way to ease musculoskeletal pain to prevent dependency on anti- inflammatory medications. This particular brand being liquid absorbs faster than the tablets. My husband had terrible restless leg syndrome and hasn't had any problem since regularly taking this product. I am a physical therapist by profession and recommend this product to almost all my pain patients but ofcourse after consulting with their physicians for any interference with any of their medications.

This bottle of magnesium and trace minerals has been a life saver for me! I suffered from muscle twitches and jerking involuntarily for years, and that has all stopped once I started taking this supplement. Magnesium is a mineral used everywhere in our body, especially the heart, muscles, and kidneys. Lack of it can cause you to experience fatigue or weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, muscle spasms and eye twitches. This is a combination of minerals, but it is highest in magnesium. We have found that taking two droppers full per day eliminated our pesky symptoms. We take it at night because it also helps eliminate our insomnia.
Taste is fine. Keep in mind, not a latte. Add some juice. Note: coffee binds iron n depletes all mineral actions. Mag n boron are vital to process vit D so this product was the missing link for me. Now I can use MK7/K2 to effectively move calcium out of my joints it seems, and in the proper places. I recommend it to anyone that tells me they 'hurt', feel fatigued, have muscle cramps, complain of an irregular heartbeat, and those with osteoporosis. Oh and having read the reviews, I was expecting it to taste horrible. I add a dropperful to a very small glass of water (about a shotglass size) and down it. I have been combining it with another tincture that has a bit of sweetness to it, but I don't really think that makes it better for me as I don't prefer that taste. If you're real squeemish when it comes to certain flavors my suggestion is the smaller the glass of water the easier it goes down and chase it with more water. I personally didn't have a big issue with it the first time I tried it and I got used to it already after a couple of times.
