My son got me this for Christmas. I have quite a few records, cassettes and CDs. I have another turntable that hooks up to my desktop but I have to run a program to convert the records. This makes it a lot easier. Converts/encodes directly to a thumb drive or SD card, and it handles the tapes and CDs too. Just played an 50 year old Beatles album and it sounded good.

This unit should be a 4 to 4 1/2 stars, however I cannot in good conscience give it that due to the fact the CD player skips... Constantly! When playing a CD, it will suddenly skip backwards, or it will skip forward. I tried several CDs and each and every one skipped. Fortunately, I bought this unit for the phonograph and dual cassette! The CD player is crap, and if I had bought this unit for the CD player, it WOULD definitely be returned.

Gave as a gift, just opened, CD will not play. Bought too early, returns not possible now. So, if you buy, open ASAP, test everything. Record player plays well. Has a nice radio. Blue tooth works well also. Not a total loss but disappointing none the less.
The cd player did not work. I didn't like the quality of it. I love Walmart and generally am happy with what I buy through Walmart. I like your service and have few complaints. Still I was not happy with this product. I will order another though Walmart at another time because I am certain that this does not reflect on the worth of Walmart products.
My old music system died recently and I asked Santa for a new one. I'm glad that I was very good this year because he left a TRX-11BS under my tree. It far outperforms my previous system, plays cassettes, CD's, digital formats, 33, 45 AND EVEN 78 RPM records! The turntable also has a cueing device, something that my previous system lacked. The sound quality is out of this world! I have to give the TRX-11BS an A+.
I ordered this turntable for my boyfriend. He loves music. He has 45s, cassettes and CDs. He loves to record records and CDs to cassettes. He has over 200 cassettes over 40 years old and still going great. He is not sure if he should keep this turntable as the CD player seems to pause on the 2nd song and the records seem to stop if they are over 4 minutes long. He is going to try it out for another week at least and make his decision. It is a great price and I would rate it 3.5 at this time. Very difficult to find a perfect multisystem player surprisingly with all the intelligence and progress in the world.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We received this today and set everything up like the manual clearly explained. Unfortunately, nothing worked. We tried CD's, cassettes, and even a turntable disc to test it out and nothing worked. No sound was coming out of the speakers and we double - triple checked to make sure they were placed correctly. The manual was looked multiple times and everything was followed and plugged in correctly but nothing happened.It is a shame since we were hoping to use this as soon as it arrived. This is by far the worst product I ever bought from Walmart. I can't even believe I even got such a dysfunctional item, let alone an item that none of the features of said item worked. Very disappointing, cheap construction feels like cardboard, and very noisy turntable. Speaker wires are so short that the speakers barely reach to the side of the unit, and certainly would not reach to any nearby shelf. I'm trying to think of something good to say about it, but I'm coming up blank. Okay, got one, it's very compact. I returned it immediately.
The radio presets are NOT user friendly. The CD player has already stopped working. the whole unit is a huge dissappointment. It could have been louder too, def. not jam worthy!
