This carbon replacement did not last very long because I run my air filter 24/7 during covid and smoky summer. I would like to see a more earth friendly container for the charcoal, also; less plastic please. Something that will break down in the landfill. I also think the virus/bacteria filter should be made with a prefilter that is more cleanable. I am very attached/dependent on this air filter, however and will continue to use it every day!

This was the wrong unit for me...customer service set me up for a free return. V easy experience.
My unit stopped working when I put this filter in it! I can't power it on and it's not even 2 yrs old yet!
I have used these for two years now and have definitely noticed fewer issues with colds an allergies.
