My 17 year old son was keen to get his tired looking Corolla to look it’s possible best. The black paint was neglected by the previous owner. Plenty effort went into clay barring, cut & polish. We then finished it out with the Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Acrylic Black. The results are nothing short of amazing, the tired paint now pops, has depth, is slick & smooth. The hydrophobic & water beading characteristics are incredible. The best part of it all a little bit goes a long way & application is easy & simple.

Not at all what I was told, read, and applied. I wouldn’t waste my money on this and if I didn’t use it I would return it ! I’ve applied multiple coats followed directions to the letter and light swirls still there , same with scratches extremely dissatisfied, it doesn’t do anything. Turtle wax just not what it used to be even the feel is not there and this product is for black finishes the pigment in it just wipes away!

I've been using the Turtle Wax hybrid solutions for a few years. They work exceptionally well. If the car is not new, once you make sure it's clean - and I recommend a hand paste wax - you can put this stuff on like four times a year and you'll never have to hand wax again. It is highly protective and makes the paint really shine. And you don't have to use much. Highly recommended! This is all I use now.

Have always put some sort of protective coating on the car, whether it be wax paste, wax spray, ceramic spray, etc from various brands.Decided to try this product as I had never used a product designed for black paint before. The results of this product were noticeably better than any of the products I have tried before. I used the Hybrid Solutions car wash product before using this. I read the instructions, car in the garage on a 65 degree day. I used two microfibers as suggested. I freaked out when I saw the towel was black. Then I realized the product is black and I'm an idiot. It was easy to apply, follow the directions and use it sparingly, one panel at a time. I advise going around the car a few times to make sure you have it all buffed off, and I kept a towel in the car for a day or so, I noticed a few spots I missed. Black product on a black car, after all.

I own a 2011 jeep patriot and a Honda Civic. Both cars are black, metallic and sparkle like diamonds after using this product. I think that I like it better on my Jeep patriot more nevertheless, it does make black vehicles shine out. I think the only issue I have is that it does permanently dye colored microfiber cloths.

After a couple washes, whatever the dealership detailed it with to make it shine like a diamond wore off and the sins of the first owner of the car showed up. Light scratches, and plenty of swirl marks all over the car. I read a ton of reviews about products specifically for black/dark paint that remove or hide light damage like this car has. This product consistently came in second across over a half dozen different reviews, but was less than half the price of highest rated one, so I tried it. The results are INCREDIBLE! I made the mistake of thinking "more is better", and ended up spending almost 3 hours and using a pile of microfiber towels buffing it off! ONE very light spray per panel, and wipe it off immediately. I wouldnt let if dry on, either (even though the directions say you can). Once I recovered from my mistake of using too much and finished the job, the shine was totally worth it!
I used this in conjunction with the polish from the same range on my 11 year old Audi with phantom black metallic paint. I washed and used a clay bar first as the paint was nasty. After the polishing stage it already looked good, but this wax really made things pop and the beading is amazing, it makes the car look like it's bubble-wrapped!If it's windy the spray will go everywhere, I ended up spraying the cloth and then applying it that way. It was very easy on and off, as it's a spray it's obviously very 'liquidy' rather than goopy. Very different from waxes I've used before, but for the better.
