I applied this graphene coating in February and ceramic coating last year around in july.honestly i wasted my time and money on graphene, the previous generation hybrid solutions ceramic coating was better than this.On the bottle it says : graphene infused - but - PATENT PENDING.Now i know why the patent is pending !!My advice is to use hybrid solutions ceramic coating, it's way much better !!trust me, ceramic last longer than graphene infused. I hope this review will help someone..And if you calculate, graphene is double the price and double the quantity of ceramic one. This quantity can coat 8-10 cars. So I ended up using my graphene bottle to clean my kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, shower screen and toilets, hopping to get less stains. I've been using Turtle Wax products since about 1995-6 when my dad introduced it to me. Been buying it off-and-on since when I see it at local autoparts stores or Walmart. Recently now that my kids are driving, and with the website/online retailers, I've rekindled my liking to these products and gives me a chance to spend time with my kids doing weekend detailings of our cars. Now for the Flex Wax, sprayON and rubIN was fine. The product is spreadable. The wipe off felt a little grabbie to me. Not as easy as the spray wax. I used the technique similar to the instructions on the To The Max Wax which is after application but before final buffing is a wet-to-damp towel wipe in between rubIN and final buff. First and foremost, Hybrid Solutions Pro Graphene Flex Wax produces fantastic results. The application process ,however, is abysmal. Why the 5 star rating? The finished look is excellent and the product offers high gloss, slickness and superb hydrophobic behavior. In other words, the end result is exceptional and the product produced better than expected results. After watching countless positive YouTube reviews, I had zero hesitation about trying this product. None of the reviewers appeared to have issues with the application process.......specifically, high spots, streaking or leveling of the product. I have never struggled this much with the application of a wax, sealant or consumer grade ceramic coating. Yes, a damp microfiber will eventually do the trick but ... MoreFirst and foremost, Hybrid Solutions Pro Graphene Flex Wax produces fantastic results. The application process ,however, is abysmal. Yes, a damp microfiber will eventually do the trick but you had better have plenty of microfiber towels available and a willingness to go over every panel multiple times. Seriously, be prepared to wipe, wipe and wipe again. As soon as one area was sorted out, there were more areas requiring attention. I have now applied this product to 4 vehicles. After the first vehicle, I was thinking that there was a learning curve and the process/technique would improve. I was sadly mistaken.....I even reduced the amount of product being applied to each panel. All vehicle surfaces were washed thoroughly and subjected to iron decontaminated, clay bar/mitt, one or two step paint enhancement with DA polisher/Hybrid Solutions Pro 1 & Done Compound(wonderful product by the way) and an IPA. All applications were performed in a garage with temperatures ranging anywhere from 45*F - 80*F and humidity ranging from 50% - 98% with no noticeable differences with the outcome.I wanted to love this product but the application is simply too labor intensive. I love the Turtle Wax brand and many of the products they have to offer but this one did not work for me. It is a shame as the finished results are stunning. Please, don't take my critique to heart as there are plenty of positive customer reviews and I may simply be an outlier.

I was really excited that this product would have long-lasting effects. What I've found is that it needs to be reapplied every time I wash the car. The hydrophobic properties are there when I first rinse off the paint, but once I snow foam (Chemical Brothers PH balanced soap), wipe down with a microfiber mitt and rinse off, the beading is gone. I do use it as a drying aid now and use 2 sprays per panel after rinse and then before final rinse. That works to reanimate the hydrophobic properties. Disappointed in the longevity though. In case there's a question about it: yes, I did clay bar the paint surface to ensure contaminates were removed before applying the product.
I have really enjoyed the Ceramic Wet and Dry waxes. Reading the reviews, I thought I would try the new Graphene wax and I applied it today waiting one day after I had applied the ceramic wet wax. I am very disappointed in the way it is nearly impossible to remove from a dry car. I followed the directions to the letter and only used microfiber clean cloths. It reminds me of a great wax of 50 years ago or so called "Blue Coral." It was a great wax, but a devil to remove. If I am doing something wrong, please let me know. Otherwise, I will not use this Graphene one again.
I have been using Ceramic Spray Coating for the last few years and very happy with it. As others have stated, it does streak more easily than the Ceramic spray but not difficult at all to remove. However since it was a breezy day when I did my RAM truck, the windows had overspray that had dried. To remove it I used a Mr Clean pad and with a little water to remove it. Regular window cleaner just made it streak more. A wet towel didn't help at all. What I find confusing it the four step process. Question, can you do it dry twice in a row after a 24 hour cure, or the second is wet, spray and wipe? I have a hard time that the wet spray and hose it off really works. Kind of like car wash spray wax.
I just purchased this product and only because the price was greatly reduced at a local pep boys. I have had excellent success with seal and shine(original formula) and hybrid ceramic. The seal and shine did not give me the depth and gloss but it lasted forever. The hybrid ceramic was excellent as far as gloss, pretty durable and you would hard pressed to find an easier product to apply. The only draw back I found with it was dust, and dirt, clung to it,it also water spotted but cleaned up fine. Okay enough about my foray through the turtle wax product line. After a through clean and prep I started applying the graphene wax to a clean and cool surface. It is a bit more tricky than seal and shine or hybrid ceramic. After a through clean and prep I started applying the graphene wax to a clean and cool surface. It is a bit more tricky than seal and shine or hybrid ceramic. Do not try and do a large area,as it flashes quick. It is a bit grabby as well. I wouldn't even consider using this in the sun or on a hot panel. Also it requires a bit of elbow grease if you let it on too long. If you are using an applicator pad or a microfiber (recommended) have several because they will gum up. Okay you've heard the negatives and they are really not that bad all I m really saying is pay attention. The product does enhance gloss and add depth. Now for the best part, the graphene is on my wife's infinity and hybrid ceramic is on my edge, both sat out in the rain near a tree spewing pollen. Mine has a million polka dots and my wife's looks clean with only a few small spots. So in conclusion I can't speak to durability but if it continues to shed contaminants and water like that it's a winner.
I bought a few weeks ago to use for a car show. Applied after washing, claying, and polishing. Car looked better in some spots before applying this wax.Spread and removed with a microfiber towel. Some spots of the car looked great, some look very hazy. Disappointed with the product as I was going to go with the liquid wax, but decided on the spray for convenience. First use and very disappointed with my experience. Maybe I needed more time with it, but for price, I expected better.
I wash my new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk using the Ceramic Wash and Wax. Rinsed vehicle and brought it into my garage still wet. I appied the Graphene and wiped down using a special micro cloth. Dried vehicle using extra soft micro-fiber towels. Amazing shine and luster. The surface is so smoothe! Turned on overhead LED garage lights and the shine is like unlike any wax I've ever used!! Neighbors came by and couldn't believe how soft the surface felt. Two neighbors want me to do their BMW and Mercedes. I'm not a detailer but I decided to see how they would look! Very impressed! John
Can be tricky to apply to get the best result but when done right great product. Can leave streaks and marks if not applied carefully. Give great beading, easier to get dirt off at next wash, and I found the colour to be a bit deeper than it was but may depend on car colourI used this back to back with meguiar's hybrid ceramic wax and while that lasted perhaps 2 weeks, this was more like 1 month, so better value, and has better water beading in my experience.I cant give it 5 stars as its difficult to apply, there are a few different ways but for best results do a panel at a time and I found doing their base-coat or build layer process every time, the spray on and wash off method seemed to wasteful.I used it on glass (except windscreen) as well as panels and ... MoreCan be tricky to apply to get the best result but when done right great product.
