I shopped around and looked at otter box, casetify, and spiegen brands. This was th best for price, look and durability all in one. My previous UAG case survived after two phones. I eventually discarded it only because I went from iPhone 10 to 15 and it wouldn’t fit the new phone. I love my case, and I think if you spent the hours I spent researching on it, you will likely come to the same conclusion. Their screen protector is also fantastic and easy to apply with no dust or bubbles.

I have tried it with several MagSafe chargers with the same result. Expensive case that simply does work. I also have a Pathfinder UAG case and it works fine w/Magsafe. It must be some sort of design flaw w/the Monarch kevlar.

I have used a UAG case on my phone since my Samsung Galaxy S3. This case will be my last. First, during ordering it said my case would be there on a certain day when I paid for the expedited shipping. It did not even ship till that day, let alone arrive at my door. Second, there is a huge error with this case regarding the new action button. This case has a cutout for the button rather than a cover like the volume/power button. The cutout is not even centered over the action button.I'm very upset at UAG the company for clearly lying regarding the expected arrival date and I'm dissapointed with the direction the design error.

This case looks incredible. It has a good fit and the grip is great. There's a high lip around the screen so there's great protection even with a tempered glass screen protector added. The back corners of the case match the height of the camera protector so you can lay the phone on its back on a flat surface without camera bump wobble. The button covers feel fantastic, but unfortunately don't cover the new Action Button. It still uses the old cut out which makes pressing the Action button awkward. The magnets are nice and strong - however it only seems to work with MagSafe chargers where the round puck is all by itself or with the puck raised or protruding out from the base of the charger. If the round puck is flat and flush with the body of the charger, such as a battery bank or a 3-in-1 cube charger, the square edges of the charger will not sit completely flat against the magnets since the edges will hit the surrounding angular protrusions of the case design. It will charge for 30 seconds or so and then stop. Otherwise an excellent case. Definitely recommended.

We have tried other MagSafe chargers and they also do not work with this case. The charging will sometimes start, but will stop charging after 30 seconds - 1 min. Sometimes it will charge longer than it will stop. It will never complete the charge though and the speeds are abysmal with the case on. Even worse, Apple will void your warranty on your phone if you use this case due to heat issues and too much separation between MagSafe puck and charging case. I have been a huge fan of UAG iPhone cases for quite some time. I am betting I have had over 10 different cases. When I saw the Monarch Pro Kevlar on your site for the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and in Elemental green, I got excited! Such a super cool case! but.. The disappointment started when it would not charge via my Anker Magsafe 3 in 1 cube. It's a 15W charger... It would connect to my iphone for approximately 30 seconds and disconnect... If I remove the case, my phone charges just fine... I give the case 3 stars because it is just so awesomely cool but... minus two stars since I can't Magsafe charge. Pretty disappointed about that.... I'm thinking the case is just to thick for my 15W charger...
I think the case looks great. The Kevlar is a bit gimmicky and in my Opinion won’t help with shock from a ball but hey it looks cool so ok.The case does provide great protection but the part that made me drop down the review is because the thickness of the case severely degrades wireless charging. With the mag safe connected to the magnet, the phone in the case properly, using an official apple magsafe charger and official apple 20w charging block, my phone went from 0 - 38% in 1 hour and 36 minutes. I don’t mind this at night but don’t expect this to give you a quick charge. You’ll be better off using the stock usb charger for quick charges.
First and foremost I love this brand. It's been protecting my iPhones since 2014. And this blue Monarch finally in MagSafe is no exception! Wireless charging works great both in-home and in my car. No issues with different size USB-C cables either. I do have a couple pain points, though, but neither were deal breakers obviously1. The leather wrapped around the outer portion of the MagSafe doesn't go point to point. It's cut off on the left side just below the camera housing2. The cutout for the action button is not centered, it sits in the bottom half of it. You can even see it in their press pictures. One of the few areas I'd say UAG dropped the ballBut otherwise still the great and stylish protection you know and love! The UAG Monarch Proi is a generally good case with solid construction, appealing aesthetics, and impressive protection. However, there are two notable drawbacks. Firstly, the sides of the case feel flimsy, which is surprising for a product marketed for tough use. Secondly, the presence of a cutout for the action button seems like an oversight for a premium-priced product. UAG, it's time to step up your game!
I love UAG cases. I purchased one for my son several years ago because he thought it looked really cool. When he tired of it and moved on to the next thing, I started using it on my phone. Since then, every time I upgrade my phone, I buy a new UAG case. Why? Because I'm a busy (and sometimes clumsy) restaurant owner. I drop my phones regularly. And even without a screen protector and even when they land face down, they never break and my phone screen never shatters. UAG has earned my loyalty.
