Fantastic tool, used to cut down some bushes, would equally be helpful for minor demolition (garden shed for example). Battery swapping with other tools in the range kept the tool ready to keep on going. Very happy with purchase.

Had an awkward job to do that would have required hammer, chisel, saw and cuts and scratches. Bought the saw and just cut the sofa into sections, easy, no blood !

Fell for it didn’t I? I have Stanley fatmax drill and impact driver so the bare saw was obvious, to me. However, the Stanley fatmax batteries don’t fit the Stanley fat max saw. Should have gone for the corded Titan. So, send it back? Keep as a paper weight? Or succumb to superb marketing and buy a saw fatmax battery that won’t fit the fatmax drill and impact driver? Disappointed but expectations fully met.

Only been used once so far but appears to work well.pick this up while it was on offer and got the saw plus a battery for less than the price of the body alone. There is only one blade provided with the saw so I bought a pack of DeWalt blades which fit and work well.
A really comfortable saw to use & fairly powerful. Vibrates heavily in certain circumstances & I did put it under pressure. A star off because it is not good for delicate work. They are known as wrecking saws, as well, though! Battery life is reasonable & it is excellent for doing decking & pruning.
A great tool. Use it for sawing up pallets & boards on my allotment which is away from a power source. Battery life is good on all the Stanley FatMax products.
Great bit of kit, Being a novice DIY'er, and getting old i wanted something to help saw wood, and be quick.Was putting this off because of the price, but couldnt say no when it dripped, and it even included a 4.0 Battery! (Saving you another £40-£50)The Saw is bigger than thought, but tbh its pretty light (around 1.7kg) and easy to use, cuts theough wood and metal at ease.My only fault with this purchase is not the item, but the fact they use Evri to deliver and i had issues with them.Recommend asking to use RM, or collection in store.
Nice bare unit to fit in with my other Stanley V20 tools.Quick release blade design makes for easy blade changing.Does the job i purchased it for, time and time again.
Needed a reliable saw to get a load of scrap pallets and waste wood cut for firewood. This does the job swiftly and neatly. Quick charge on battery too.
