US Grown Organic Sunflower Lecithin Powder, Sustainable Farmed,

It's just my opinion for what it might be worth but I thought it tasted maybe like -- expensive cardboard? I put it in the trash. Very disappointed for the money spent.

I contacted the company several times for their USDA organic certification and they never responded. I looked the company up on the organic integrity database and don't see them on there either. The product is fine, but there is no evidence to back-up that it is organic.

Helps keep system alkaline

Helps to keep system alkaline rather than acid. Can't do soy so this is the best for me.

Organic and Not Soy Based

This product is sunflower-based, and not soy-based like many of the less expensive lecithin products on the market. The less expensive products are usually not organic. Although this product is more expensive, I don't use very much so it really doesn't affect my food budget very much to trade up for higher quality.

Quite Impressive

This lecithin is organic and from sunflowers. I wanted to get away from the soy based lecithin and found this. Has a great taste in shakes etc.
