I had used vallejo varnishes before so I wasn't surprised they did the specified job. However, I would have preferred asccess to the polyeurethane version.

I use this item on my hobby items 1/64 scale semi-trucks and trailers. It works extremely well to preserve the paint and bring the decals to life. It is very easy to work with and a snap to clean up after. I have tried many products, this is the best one I have found.
Very good product indeed from Vallejo. Just the correct amount of 'sheen' for my purpose - painting military 1/35 scale vehicles. You can water it down if required too, although even applied 'straight' it becomes invisible when dry. Don't panic when you apply it over your beautifully sprayed-on camouflage scheme and it looks white and sticky, it soon settles down into an impressively smooth, thin and invisible satin film. It protects the underlying paint 'job' from scratches etc. I reccomend the matt and gloss finishes too. Oh yes, no odour!
Nice satin finish great for tanks pretty quick drying good product. The matt version is great for figures as well.
Very reasonably priced and works just as well as Liquidtex brand! I bought a little bottle to try and have already purchased a larger size. The satin finish is a good 'in-between' matt/gloss finish.
Doesnt Brush on smoothly and is cloudy on application seems difficult to remove from corners and detail Drys ok but sheen is dull compared to the Polyurathane wont buy this again
This product is everything I expected. It works well .
