I'm blown away. I honestly want to order another one right now just because of how good it is and my box just came today! The most shocking thing of all is that it almost completely curbed my sugar cravings for HOURS! This is HUGE for me because I love to bake sweets and have a horrendous sweet tooth (so bad that I gained 20lbs in less than 6 months because of it). I had dinner today and didn't immediately need something sweet, and hours later as I'm writing this review I'm still good to go! All it took was one shake to convert me into a believer, and I'm a skeptic about a lot of "health and weight loss" things! If you were on the fence about 310 shakes, don't be, they are worth it!

I think I’d like a fresh lemon / lime taste or maybe Pina Colada…maybe? With as little sweetness as possible. I will experiment and see if I can achieve that by mixing-in other ingredients.The BEST about this product is its mere 130 calories per serving and its “complete” nutritional composition. For that I am quite willing to compromise a little on the taste.

310 Original chocolate shake has been in our home for quite a few years. It insures that my wife and I never have to skip breakfast! Takes seconds to mix, and is easy to take on the go. I used to simply skip breakfast to get a jump on getting to work. Now I don't have to! P.S. I also use other flavors to fix a healthy desert in the evening too! I used to always reach for a dish of Ice cream, or a cookie or whatever to satisfy an evening sweet tooth. Now I simply have a shake, maybe with a hand full of whole fruit thrown in. Far fewer calories, and fat, little or no sugar... and it still satisfies my sweet tooth! Win/win!

So instead of pulling the tooth they removed the cyst and it came back that it was benign. So since it was a known type of being aggressive my doctor asked me to return I'm 6 months to make sure it did not return. So 6 months later I listened and returned for my checkup and call a phone call at 9pm a week later, so I figured ... So for months I had to do a liquid high calorie diet and lost 30lbs in 2 months even while drinking over 4-6k calories a day n threatened with a feeding tube if anymore weight dropped which I was against n luckily stayed at that weight. Thank God I'm now 35 and in remission 12 years now 🙏When I turned 31 I got hypothyroid and gained over 50 lbs and have a semi limited diet bcuz I have no teeth and extremely sensitive taste due to radiation all those years ago as well as many other health issues from the aftermath and lost all my self-esteem between my mouth and my weight putting me in bed ridden depression and lost majority of my strength. So I knew I had to make changes over the things I am able to so I decided to try these shakes to help my weight n work on myself @ home til I have enough strength for the gym. And I am so surprised on how good they taste especially bcuz sweets are my huge weakness. I first tried Chocolate Icing, and now I added Lemon cake. YUM!.I have bad digestive issues although I do take a probiotic. It seems I had a constant stomach ache and IBS . I have had to limit that I eat and sometime it would bother me and sometime it wouldn't. Since I started 310 (with unsweeted almond milk) that has all gone away. I have been a loyal customer for a long time with 310 nutrition & I have to say that they were the only company I felt always had what I needed. Up until now that is. I am very upset bcuz all the best flavors have disappeared. I can’t have regular coffee so I found happiness with their mocha flavor so I could at least have the coffee taste every morning but that was taken away. Then my next favorite (S’mores ) was taken away. Then the cookies n cream toooo. Seriously. I think this caused me to have an emotional breakdown. I wanted to keep doing business with this company but now the future doesn’t look so bright on that. And it doesn’t matter what ( WE) as consumers say bcuz all they will tell you is they are sorry & they decided to go a different route & don’t ... First of all, I lovee the 310 shakes. They make me feel full and satisfied and it curbs my cravings. I never had a problem with my orders but this time I was very disappointed. I got my package today and when I picked it up, I already saw and felt powder coming out of the box, which is not a good sign. When I opened it up and picked the 310 bag up, powder just came oozing out from the bottom. I wish I had taken pictures while it was still inside the bag, but I had lost so much powder already that I quickly tried putting it in a container to not lose any more, but I did take pictures after. Very disappointing and I’m pretty sure it did not get ripped while in transition because the package that the bag was in, was sealed and not looked like it was opened at any ... To see how much powder I actually lost, I even zeroed out the balance with only the containers on top then balanced the containers with the powder in it and it balanced out to 589. The bag of 310 shake vanilla flavor, comes with 812g. So I lost 223g. Just overall very disappointed this time with my order. Careful not to send any ripped bags in the future to your clients.
I got the Caramel Sundae. I mix it with milk. The texture is a little like putting flour in milk, but the taste is so good, I want to drink this for all my meals. I consider this my treat for the day! I have replaced my morning coffee with this. I also loved the Horchata. Very good! Since starting these shakes, I have a lot more energy and motivation. I was always drained and tired before. No more naps and wasted time. My body aches have significantly improved. I even feel like my brain fog is much better. I'm so thankful I stumbled across these shakes. I'm telling all my friends.
