Works great, functions just as it should. It comes packaged for protection. Have your dolly cart ready to roll it where you want it.
I can’t believe it took me this long to purchase a large mixer. I have a small in home bakery and this has been a game changer. I used to mix dough by hand and would take me all day. Now one batch takes an hour from prep to finish. I live this mixer.
The unit doesn't work. I contacted customer service n got the run around. Bought it as a Christmas gift nand I was highly disappointed. I'm out hundreds of dollars

The Commercial Food Mixer, 30 QT., was good for the first three weeks but stopped working after that! There were no parts and no booklet to check what was wrong. We now have a 75-lb. boat anchor. We tried to contact VIVOR, but they wanted a video of it not working. DUH! It does not work.
Worth every penny. Quiet, beautiful looking, performs great! Amazing price and fast shipping! I’d recommend this mixer to any one who owns a home bakery or even a commercial bakery looking for equipment at great prices!
