Brilliant little tool. Bought it to see if i would use it. Scissors are sharp enough to cut nails with, to open plastic packaging and to trim my moustache! Doesnt look offensive to use in public. I keep it on my keys and have found myself using it alot more than i thought i ever would because its handy, convenient and has done everything ive asked of it! Well recommended only downside is the "scales" on it are easily scratched... currently looking for a minimal protective sheath.

has most of the functions of it's larger sibling but in a compact form. this size does not attract the attention of the airport security staff to the same degree as the swisschamp (even though both are within the allowed regulations).only drawbck is the lack of availability of a small pouch to carry it on the belt, but then that is hardly the fault of the knife!!good service from ffx

I have the Swiss Champ, a huge knife with over 30 functions. While the Swiss Champ is quite handy, it's missing a few tools that the MiniChamp has. For example, the Swiss Champ has several large & medium screwdrivers and one tiny flathead driver, leaving somewhat of a size gap. The MiniChamp fits this niche. Some other handy tools the MiniChamp has are the ruler, file, orange peeler, and pen. I never thought the orange peeler would be very useful, but I'm finding myself using it quite a bit. It's never been easier to open an orange! Ultimately what I bought the knife for was the pen. While my Swiss Champ has a pen, it's so small it's quite hard to grab. The MiniChamp has a pen that pops out the bottom allowing you to get a better grip. I've found myself using the ... MoreI have the Swiss Champ, a huge knife with over 30 functions. So, bottom line: Even if you have a knife like the Swiss Champ that seems to do it all, the MiniChamp is a nice complement to the Swiss Champ, filling a niche that the Swiss Champ didn't fully fill. I highly recommend this knife, it's awesome!

Probably the most useful thing I own. I use it daily for a whole variety of things, opening post, opening boxes/packages, grooming nails, writing notes with the pen, storing my toothpick, using the scissors etc. The screwdrivers are very useful too, they are the perfect size for technology and small jobs, I've used them to reconfigure laptops, hard drives and other small equipment. The tool is small enough to attach to your keyring and it's also a convenient size to keep it in your pocket at all times. Quality Victorinox build that will last a lifetime. I have bought two in my lifetime, one for me years ago and another one recently for my godson for his 18th birthday and he's really pleased with it. I'm very pleased and I highly recommend it. I have bought two in my lifetime, one for me years ago and another one recently for my godson for his 18th birthday and he's really pleased with it. I'm very pleased and I highly recommend it. Minor niggles are you have to choose to store either the toothpick or the tweezers - having both would be perfect - I choose the toothpick. Also, this model cannot be personalised which is a real shame. Don't let my last points put you off though as this is a seriously good quality and incredibly useful tool.
I upgraded to this after I lost my Rambler (it was fantastic during its 11 years in my pocket). It’s wider but worth the extra features. The pen works better than I expected, way more beneficial over the toothpick. I like having both a knife and letter opener. Also, this one has the ruler on the flathead screwdriver while the rambler didn’t. Lastly, I like that they put the regular blade, Phillips screwdriver, and scissors on one side. They’re most most used so this knife has a ‘everyday side’ and a ‘less frequently used side’. The only feature I’m not sure about is the cuticle pusher but I’ll keep giving it a try.
I actually found this knife at the Phoenix VA. Approximately 4 years ago. I felt bad for the veteran that lost it. But it is certainly my goldmine! Mine must be a older version because I don’t have tweezers or a toothpick. But still a excellent EDC knife. This brand still use’s the same warranty that I grew up with and is Second to None! Thank you! I used to carry this knife in my 72 hour Emergency Bag. Then a couple of years ago I lost it when I moved. I was reorganizing my emergency bag yesterday and found it buried under thing’s (a list from now on). It still looks and performs as brand new! Now it’s attached to my keychain. If you can afford it, do yourself a favor and purchase one! To the poor Soldier out there, please forgive me.. lol.
Love it. Bought a small one 30 years ago for my wife and she was wanting an upgraded one so I got her this one. All the things she uses and she’s going to put it in her handbag. She is very happy with the minichamp, even has a pen.We were also impressed with the service from Dwight’s, personal touch of an email just after purchase and it arrived before her birthday, very fast service, thank you. I would definitely recommend this company to others.m
Bought as a Xmas present for my husband. He had a small one for many years but had recently lost it. He was thrilled with it and the quality is amazing would highly recommend it. The extras on it he says always come in useful
An excellent little pocket knife, the selection of tools are really good and useful and has saved me many trips to the garage to rumage through my toolbox - the phillips screwdriver seems to work well with a wide range of screw head sizes. Never been sure what the spoonlike tool is meant to be used for, but it's great for transplanting seedlings if you're a gardener. Also good that the knife is red as it shows up easily agains the grass (again if you're a gardener).
Excellent pocket knife, with many useful features. Find the small screw drivers handy. Fits into my key ring pouch and very light to carry. Ordering and delivery were without any drama.
