With the lack of a cogent backup power plan in SA, it is apparent that load shedding will be with us, at minimum, until 2030. I did a lot of research on BUDGET quality high end inverters and found that the 3 kVA UPS from Victron can take over with ease the average house electricity needs. Connected all the plugs and lights in our house to the UPS function on the inverter and since then ZERO load shedding - no more damage to the fridges and TV been switched off 2 to 4 times a day. Only stove(gas) and geyser(solar) not connected. Did everything on a budget of R30 000, 18 for the inverter, 10 for (4x110a) deep cycle batteries and 2 for the cables and switches. We have now 24/7 hours electricity, it run our internet, 2 computers & printer, 3 fridges, TV, Microwave, washing machine and even my wife's hair dryer... Happy Wife is a Happy Life!

I am very pleased with my Multiplus ii setup. I have two Multiplus ii in parallel. The two features which I love the most are the very wide voltage input range and the fact that I can use it with a small generator, set the maximum amps I want it to draw from the generator, and it will automatically top up any excess amps if needed without overloading my generator. I have NiFe batteries which can be drawn down very low and charged to a high voltage, the Multiplus together with my SmartSolar 250/100 allows me to charge my NiFe batteries up to 65 volts and the inverter low-voltage cutoff is just over 37 volts, this gives me almost 30 volts of range. I previously had between 44 and 58 volts which significantly restricted my batteries and our available power. I love my ... MoreI am very pleased with my Multiplus ii setup. When I need backup (which I hardly ever need now with the wide voltage range I've got) I switch my little generator on and I don't have to worry that someone is going to switch on a big-draw item and trip everything. I only have two little negatives, one is that the inverters are a bit more noisy than what I had before, there is quite a loud humm and the other is that the LCD display seems to show everything other than my battery voltage, which would have been useful. (Maybe that's my fault for setting up wrong? There is a way to wire in a separate wire to the battery bank, so maybe that will fix it?) I bought the LCD plug-in display for the SmartSolar 250/100 and this gives me the voltage, so I've got everything I need.

Great product from Victron, now we don't know what is load shedding at our apartment, the switch over of AC load when Eskom is off is seamless even a monitor wont blink. We have one Pylontech 3.5kw lithium iron battery, no solar panels connected since we stay in the middle floor, the battery charges from the grid. Planning to upgrade when we move to a bigger place.Unfortunately, Livestainable delayed delivering our order. They delivered on working day 8.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to ML Performance for making this purchase possible. I have to say its a smooth, fast and easy experience! And I would definitely recommend to anyone out there who wants to order BMWparts. 100% trusted & legit seller!!Looking forward for my next purchase from you guys. Keep it up ML Performace!
Well, I just wanted to give my opinion. I made the normal purchase like any other customer. A few days later I had a problem. I had to make an important trip. Contact ml performance by email to say that the contact service via email is spectacular. I never had a service like that with another store. well I told them that I needed the super urgent material. and well after a great job of coordination and good work from ml performance I received the material and everything went perfect. In general I recommend ml performance and I hope to work with them again in future purchases. thank you
After having my intakes recently cleaned, I chose ML Performance to purchase the Mishimoto oil catch can. This helps to reduce the build up of carbon deposits within the intake system, helping to maintain engine performance. A must-buy modification for direct injection engines! The quality and fitment was excellent, and delivery was as fast and reliable as ever from these guys! Thank you!

We all know how important it is to build a good customer base. The secret to success is to remain competitive and offer great service. ML Performance achieve both of those goals.I asked questions about my purchase before hitting buy. I had a reply quickly and great guidance. The email not only gave me the answer I needed but a link to the right product. Saving me time and confusion. The item arrived as described and was well packaged.I cannot wait to pop the part on my car.Great job ML. I will be coming back soon.
I must say i am thoroughly impressed with how this company does business. I had the wrong item turn up, contacted ML Performance and within 15 minutes they had sorted a replacement item to be sent out the very next day and the return was done via the courier driver. The new item turned up, exactly what was ordered, got it fitted and it looks and performs sweet. I always think anyone can mess up, we're only human afterall, it's how things are dealt with that counts and on that basis alone, i couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys and i look forward to buying from you in the future!
Dealing with Marshall and the team was an absolute pleasure. Rarely do you find businesses with such integrity.I purchased four items (some very fragile) and had them delivered to Australia in less than two weeks. Two items were showing very minor defects that I was not completely satisfied with. I contacted ML Performance via email and Marshall went above and beyond to exchange the items at their cost no questions asked. He then took the trouble to follow up and ensure that I was completely satisfied with my overall purchase.Rest assured that you can purchase from ML Performance with complete confidence. My rating.Communication: 5 starsProducts: 5 starsEase of exchange: 5 starsBusiness Ethics: 6 stars
