I’m a die hard Flowerbomb fan to the fullest. My husband was actually going to buy me a new bottle this Christmas, but instead I opted for the Flowerbomb “Nectar Intense” instead and I am NOT upset about it at all! True, nectar intense is a flanker from the original flowerbomb, but I’m actually a bigger fan of this version than the original, and that’s hard to beat. I honestly think this fragrance can go for anything, date night, work, shopping, just going to the store, and for all seasons too. I try not to spray so much so I don’t run out lol. All I got to say is the gun powder accord note sticks out and I absolutely LOVE IT! I hope Victor Rolf never stop making this bad boy because I’m a fan for life! It’s sexy, sweet, spicy, but mysterious too. It’s beautiful. Some people might not like the strong gun powder accord, but that’s my favorite part! This is good good juice ladies an gents!

It reminds me of a caramelized peach, in a bourbon caramel sauce, with homemade vanilla whipped cream. That sounds really sweet, and for a lot of people it might be, but compared to Nectar, it almost has a slight bitterness. I didn’t notice it until I wore Nectar and compared, so it doesn’t stand out. The longevity isn’t as good as the original or Nectar, but I would say it’s still better than a lot of EDPs out there. The projection and silage is the same….pretty good, but the original and Nectar have better. I will say, while I firmly believe you can wear any perfume you want at any age, I’ve noticed VR Flowerbomb is loved most by the 20-35 crowd. One of my friends, who is head over heels obsessed with fragrance, does not like Flowerbomb on her one single bit. It does not combine well with her body chemistry. I have noticed this is a running theme with women who are 40+. Honestly though, I believe this spectacular scent is 100% worth a try for everyone, regardless of your age. I've tested Sensual Amber on one wrist and Flowerbomb on the other, side by side, and there is basically no discernible differences.
