Best mop ever used on wood floors laminate and/or real wood. Husband & I do commercial cleaning. No streaks & lifts off road salt residue completely. Found out discontinued locally, so trying to find elsewhere.

Perfectly mopped floor. It is easy to regulate the humidity of the mop, I regret that I decided to buy it so late. The downside can be quite a large and clumsy bucket. I highly recommend.

It is a bit expensive, but I think it will serve me for quite long years.It is fun to use (unfortunately not soooo fun that everybody in the family will want to clean though....).The spinning system is nice, I can use this for sensitive wood floors too, because if just give two more pushes, it spins enough to get almost dry.The head rotates to every direction very nicely.Well done Vileda! I did not regret the purchase!

Product works exceptionally well. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend this mop to others.
I have used it only twice, but I think it is excellent. Easy to use, cleans a large area in very little time. I don't know what it would be like on linoleum, but on hardwood it works, really, really well. I have tried three methods of cleaning my floors since I had the hardwood put in four years ago and this is by far the easiest.
Do not get it. If I could give it a lower star rating, I would. I JUST got it this afternoon, I was looking for something slim that'll have a removable head to wash in the washer. This product is C R A P! The "Telescopic handle" (as they like to call it) keeps on collapsing into itself the moment I put pressure on it, it doesn't swivel at all either. The head also doesn't swivel well, and it keeps on unlocking when I move it, but when I go to unlock it to dunk it back into the bucket, it won't unlock and I have to use my hands to do it. The bucket, a smart idea, but horrible execution. The head doesn't fit nor does the handle twirl like in the video promotions. It fell apart, and it's sprayed/spilt water everywhere. At first use of trying to put the mop into the bucket I was thinking NO! Not another Vileda mop that's not been well designed as the last one I bought the "twist mop". But as soon as you figure out that the mop fits snuggly into the bucket at a Y shape and it fits into the groove or the shape of the bucket and then hold lightly on the top "the small red top that's comes in the box", don't push down as I first did as you can see in the photo mine as melted slightly because I thought pushing down on the mop in the bucket would get rid of more water from the mop material but it doesn't. Making sure that the mop is correctly placed in the bucket will get rid of more water. 1 Star is far too generous. This mop is very flimsy and messy. Impossible to scrub with as it feels like it will break in your hands. Wringing it out is anything but hands free as you have to fit it in the spinner just so which I found impossible to do without using my hands. Spinning mechanism is awkward and doesn't really work - when it sort of works it sprays dirty water everywhere. I barely used it once as it was completely ineffective. Returned for refund. Not sure how this product made it to market.
I saw poor reviews and was convinced that other people just must not know how to use it. The idea seemed good, so I purchased one anyway. I was wrong, it's just a garbage product. Getting the collapsed mop into the slot in the bucket is next to impossible, and then when you do, spinning it around causes the mop to comps flying back out. The mop itself would have been ok - would have used it on it's own, but it broke after the first use. I really hope I can get my money back.
bought this and it was not very good quality i retuned it and bought a frank version of it. Will try it out this weekend hopefully it is better then this product.
