I don’t seek out collagen supplement products so I was more interested in this creamer’s function taste as a creamer than a collagen supplement. The canister didn’t last all that long so I didn’t notice any changes in my hair, skin or nails while I was taking it, but that’s not to say that with regular use it wouldn’t make a difference. I also use some skincare products with collagen so it would have been hard to differentiate between the creamer their effectiveness. Overall I’d give them 3.5 out of 5 stars. It’s quite expensive for the amount of servings you get out of one canister. I’m also not convinced about the effectiveness of taking a collagen supplement versus using a topical collagen product. I’m glad I tried all of it, but it will not be making another appearance in our house.

There is a nice vanilla coconut taste, and the Stevia sweetener is present but not too overpowering. Because this has sweetener in it you don’t need to add any additional to your coffee or beverage as it has enough on its own. I would buy this to travel with and wouldn’t mind getting it on occasion. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product.

But I feel like it might have been smarter and appeal to more customers to make it low carb and not dairy free. In doing so, they risk losing the customers who are vegetarian/vegan, who wanted a low-carb protein supplement, or who prefer the taste of dairy. But it’s otherwise a fine tasting product for anyone who doesn’t care about those things. Note that this large-looking 10 ounce jar contains only 12 servings.
