Vital Proteins Sleep Collagen Shot Blueberry & Lavender 2 fl oz

Let me start by saying WOW! These delicious little drinks are totally legit and I'm 100% obsessed! I've been hearing a lot about collagen lately, and at 37, I decided to pay attention. I also have some trouble falling asleep (my mind just refuses to shut off), so when I saw these, I knew I had to give them a try. Yes, they are a tad expensive but they work! The flavor (I DO NOT do sweet drinks and I HATE artificial sweeteners!) is amazing! It has a very mellow lavender and berry taste and a wonderful lemon zing. There is nothing artificial in here, and I thoroughly enjoy every single sip! I start to wind down and feel chill about 30-40 minutes after drinking them. Within minutes, I'm asleep! I'm literally looking like I did in my 20s! I'm completely amazed at how this happens, but it really does work! These are my miracle drinks, and I'm completely obsessed and in love with them! Again, I know the price is a bit steep, but give them a try and see for yourself how incredible this stuff is!

Delivers as advertised, it just doesn’t taste good. Thankfully it’s a small shot so you can just drink it quickly. It’s got a bitter blueberry taste. I did not feel immediately groggy, but when I went to bed I felt like I fell asleep faster and slept deeper. I had a mild headache when I woke up that dissipated quickly. I had trouble finding this product on the brand website, but my local public had it. I recommend trying just one before buying a case.

Crazy Dreams

The taste of the shot is a bit tart. I took the shot about an hour before I went to bed. My eye lids started to feel heavy, however my brain wasn’t on the same page as my eyelids. So, I just closed my eyes and eventually fell asleep. Unfortunately, I had very strange dreams all night long, I woke up several times throughout the night only to go from one crazy dream to the next. When I had to get up for work I wasn’t not feeling myself. I felt in a fog all day. Needless to say I did not take the product again because I could not risk feeling this way again at work and having a bad nights sleep. Unfortunately, I will not be taking the product again.

Delicious

I am hard to impress and, yet, am REALLY impressed with this product. The functional ingredient thoughtfulness (GABBA, Magnesium Citrate and Melatonin) was impressive but it was actually the taste that was AMAZING! I was prepared to wince (usually, everything is way too sweet for me) when drinking this.INSTEAD, I was over the moon with the deliciousness of completely unadulterated blueberry and citrus juice. This is what F-R-E-S-H tastes like! Bravo! As to the sleep quality.... This is a bit more complicated to evaluate. In general, I sleep very well (I am a busy Mom and a biz owner so I am exhausted by the time I hit the pillow...). This did make me noticeably drowsy just 10 minutes after intake. Effective without grogginess

Since I reached a certain age a few years ago, I've had problems with sleep and have tried many natural sleep products. I took my first Sleep Collagen Shot last night and I'm already a fan. Not only did it work, but also, I didn't feel the grogginess the next morning that I've felt with other melatonin products I've tried. I've normally had to take 3 mg of melatonin for any product to work. The Sleep Collagen Shot only has only 1 mg yet very effective which is impressive, plus it contains the added benefits of collagen and hyaluronic acid for my skin, cartilage, joints and connective tissue. I'm looking forward to using the product again and highly recommend it!

Good Flavor, Good Sleep

I bought this as part of the three pack of shots with the Beauty and Energy as well. I really liked the flavor. I was afraid it would be sickly sweet and syrupy, so the super tart taste was really welcome. I didn't find the lavender overpowering but I do like lavender ice cream and other more floral flavors. I felt noticeably sleepy within about 20 minutes of taking it and did get great quality sleep. I was a little bit groggy in the morning, but nothing that didn't wear off quickly. I am always a little groggy first thing in the morning so I don't think it was because of this product. I am planning on ordering a 12 pack! Very impressed. This product has changed my life. I have had numerous sleep studies. I have been on numerous medications for sleep. Nothing helped. Until this. These are expensive-but SO worth it. I have had better sleep since I discovered this than I have had in years. Just try it. Refrigerate it. Then drink like a shot. You’ll be glad you did.

I've always struggled with getting a solid night's sleep. Since I've started focusing on my health I'm reading more articles about the importance of a good night's sleep. I've tried several products as sleep aides but this is by far the best!I spotted this in my local Whole Foods and decided to give it a try. I've been using it for a couple months now and can honestly say it has improved my overall sleep patterns. I will never be a person who can sleep through the night due to an aging bladder. However, I do notice on the nights I take the Vital Proteins sleep collagen shot I am able to fall back asleep quicker. No laying in bed tossing and turning for an hour (or more). Pleasantly Surprised

I recently saw this on @vitalproteins instagram and my first thought was, it will taste awful. Have been struggling with sleep due to hormone issues. The Sleep Shot was at the check out at Whole Foods so thought should give it a try. I only took half bottle because I am petite. The taste was actually awesome; I do like tart flavors and the touch of blueberry was great. About 15 minutes after I was definitely sleepy and I had wonderful nights sleep without waking up. Have not done that in a very long time. Will be buying a case on my next Auto Ship of Collagen.

This definitely helps me sleep!

The taste of the Sleep collagen shots took me a little while to get used to...it's actually pretty good and I always think it tastes a little "flowery!" I use one bottle every 2-3 nights, so it's good to find what works best for your personal need. I have tried so many different products and actually stopped this for a few months, but once I restarted it I remembered how much it helped! I definitely recommend this!
