Highly Recommended!I was never fat but also was never skinny. I tried some other protein powders but saw no real results either way (bulking or shredding).Within a month of using this my body changed and I turned into a leaner version of myself (whilst my weight remained the same). This really showed off the work I was putting in the gym and I could see so much more definition without having changed my program or huge change in the weight I was lifting.I wouldn't take this if your aim of going to the gym is to bulk up and do strongman, but if your aim for going is to look good, this product will definitely help. It all comes down to the old gym adage of training which basically says "you can either train to look good with your shirt on or your shirt off"Take ... VitalStrength Hydroxy Ripped Workout Protein Powder 3Kg Vanilla for $80 was very competitive with similar brands. This is the first time I have used this product with great results. Im over 60 years old and have not had any adverse belly reaction as I have irritable bowel syndrome. The selection and purchase process was seamless with Chemist Warehouse. i have purchased from Chemist Warehouse a number of times and they have always been proficient in communication and distribution.

I got this because the normal one I usually get was sold out. Great high protein per serving while also being low calorie intake. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy. Great whey protein content and lots of extras. Low calories and taste good.

The results of the protein powder is quite impressive, but just to clear things up to avoid trouble. You're able to achieve great results in mix with a good training program and diet, back to my main point this really helped me with my progress (no this is not a fake review, I am real :)The Marcos are quite impressive although the downside for this is very expensive and the taste isn't the "best". Personally, I've found it alright and digestible. I do it for the Marcos and protein, not the overall taste. If you're someone who is all in for the taste then I wouldn't recommend this product.Good marcos, great resultsnot the best taste out there

I tried vanilla flavour of this brand before, I have to say the vanilla flavour is quite good. So I bought this chocolate flavor...sad. the chocolate flavor is weird, not like chocolate at all, very chemical and faint chocolate flavour... beside flavour, its not bad, good quality protein powder.

I've been using this product for years. It's easily mixed and tastes great. Unfortunately, it appears the largest size container available for purchase has gone from 3kg down to 2kg. Of course, the price by weight has increased which means not just more cost, but more purchases over time.

Vanilla is the best tasting protein powder by Vital Strength chocolate is yuk.., mixes well decent price when its on sale and does what it's supposed to do, building lean muscle. Get it!
