This is my third set of these. Each has lasted about a year, approximately 3000k each of the two sets that came before so they last well. An absolute sod to get on my wheels, but I think that’s my technique rather than anything else. Tan side walls look awesome. Haven’t had anything else to compare them to, other than the Bontrager tyres that came on my bike and these certainly grip better than they did. Also coordinate well with my gold chain. I’m a tart.

700c x 30mm. Clincher with Conti tube. I bought these tyres for riding the bergs and cobbles of Flanders. The ride is very comfortable. They roll well and give a high level of confidence when cornering hard. I've ridden a few hundred kms so far and enjoyed the ride. Except for the puncture I experienced at the weekend.Vittoria claim these tyres have a high level of puncture protection. They don't, or at least they don't have the level of protection that I'm used to with Schwalbe tyres. Okay, they are lighter but I'd advise packing a couple of tyre repair boots on long rides

These tyres look and ride great, as such this should be a 5* review.Sadly within 11 months the tyre has cracked / separated radially. The bike is used in summer only, is stored in a garage attached to the house and has no direct sunlight. Still the tyre has split within 11 months. My friend has the exact same tyres, with the same fault.Avoid, they won't last.

These tyres offer a reassuring amount of grip and are easy to spin up. The trouble is that I bought these to ride in the British summer - so wet roads - and as such they (as with all tyres) attract flints and other detritus in the wet. I have ridden these tyres for three rides now with a total of 587km / 23 hours with an average speed of 26kph (according to ProBikeGarage) and on my last ride, in the wet, I caught a stone that got spat out going round a gravely bend and about 1/4 mile later my rear tyre blew out with a 1cm radial gash. Admittedly the club I ride with do pick some crappy roads and if this were my usual Sunday circuit these tyres would last forever and perhaps I should have bought the 'Armour' variant of these. In summary, I would recommend these tyres ... MoreThese tyres offer a reassuring amount of grip and are easy to spin up. In summary, I would recommend these tyres if you ride nice clean tarmac; if you ride gravely country lanes then you should avoid these and go for something a bit more robust.
Good grippy tyre though not the most durable. I use in the winter and find them generally very good. They appear to have a softish compound and wear quickly if you do a lot of miles. Having said that they offer good grip in wet conditions and so offer a good balance in my view. One cautionary note. For some reason i find the tan wall versions very hard to get on and off the wheel so go with the black.
Been running these tyres for 8 months and to date no issues. They go on relatively easy ( they are a bit tricky first time out the box ) but once on they ride quality is excellent the grip is superb on the road and on light gravel and the speed is absolutely fantastic! These tyres roll fast. The only downside tubeless 30mm in any format ( black or tan ) not available. This is something both Vittoria and Sigma should address! 30 is the new goto size for most modern road bikes these days.
Been usign the 28c version for a while now, they last at least 4,000km but even when they worn you can still put some more kms on them before you start getting punctures more often. Trying the 30c for the first time. I'd recommend.
A change from my usual go to Vittoria Corsa. This time I’m trying the Control version for a change. Haven’t used them yet but no doubt they perform superbly like previous Vittoria tyres I’ve bought. As ever great service from Sigma sport.
Have had these tyres for about a year and they are probably some of the worst I have had on my bikes. They look fantastic and if you want to see at how fabulous your bikes looks hanging on the wall these are the tyres for you. However, if you want to go riding in the UK then avoid these at all costs. They have very poor puncture resistance and it feels like every 150 km I'm changing a puncture. I ride a lot around different locations in the UK and have had the same experience with these everywhere They run great but that's no use if you're spending time at the side of the road fixing punctures. In short there are much more reliable tyre out there from Conti and others and I would recommend going with those options.
