I prefer krill oil to fish oil. Astaxanthin is basically the worlds most powerful antioxidant. Astaxanthin fights inflammation... which is awesome, because inflammation is basically the root cause of every single disease we have. Krill oil is also naturally non toxic, which is not true of all fish oils. So you do the math.... Krill oil wins in my book!

My doctor recommended I take krill oil for a multitude of reasons that I won't get into here. I can attest to the fact that these go down easily and there are no gross fishy burps. The astaxanthin present in this means that it's a very clean product - no preservatives!

However; it will not provide any knowledge that you were not genetically divinely created to possess. It awakens your intelligence. You analyze, read faster, and the mind is more complex in all levels. For instance: I can understand the explanation of quantum physics but I cannot write the formula because I become lost in my own explanation. I can quickly see the answer as if it flashes across a screen in my mind but do NOT ask me to explain it. I recommend Viva Krill oil for any person from 18 years old until the person returns to their spiritual body. Viva has the greater amount of mg of Krill oil in each capsule and the dosage is two capsules per day. I keep the Krill in the refrigerator so I do not burp up the horrid taste of fish. I also take both in the morning with breakfast so my mind is sharp at the start of the day. Additionally, I use Viva Krill for leg, knee, and muscle pain and it has lubricated my knees (chondromalacia = no cartilage behind patella), and the muscle pains in my legs with Viva Krill and Centrum for women over 50 has relieved the pain to the extent it is no longer felt except once in a blue moon when the pain breaks through. Krill is good for cardiovascular function but you must also change your diet. You cant have a diet of lays chips, sodas, and junk food and think that Krill will protect your heart.
