Vortex Diamondback HD 2000 Laser Rangefinder

Don’t be a victim of hype, beware of this rangefinder.Just recently returned from a Total Archery Challenge in Colorado, and only used this rangefinder for 4 whole targets.I had been using this unit from the time it was available online to now, multiple 3D events, hundreds of practice sessions.This rangefinder has ONE reticle option, the accuracy is very iffy and it’s too easy to change it to its “last” mode, which IMO is pretty useless, and to top things off, after burning 4 arrows on my first 4 very hittable not crazy up/down angled targets I figured out the angle compensation on this essentially brand new rangefinder had completely stopped working. I got this for a Christmas gift from my wife and daughter and just like the Diamondback binoculars, these have great glass, great low light transmission and build very durable. I like how I can adjust the brightness on the reading to account for background lighting.Keep up the great work Vortex.

Just upgraded my 5 year old Vortex rangefinder. I’d be lucky to get a reading beyond 400 yds. This is much improved. Ranged a hill by my house 900 yards in one sec. Like how numbers glow red so can see in low light and dark. Vortex stuff is top quality
