The purpose of this multi grip bar is stern for fitness and it can help to perform multiple variations of pull-up exercises.The grips on all the handles is so deep it grips my skin really well and I been using work gloves to keep my skin intact.Thank you Harvey Norman for featuring this product on your website. Also as part of the critical feedback having the dimensions of the chin-up bar would have helped me purchase quicker. I had to surf the net to find it's dimension.
