Where do I start -We were excited to use our new gazebo and take the kids to the lake so we went to BCF and purchased one, unfortunately they didn’t have the one we wanted to I settled with the classic - we spent an hour driving to the lake and once arrived began setting up.The gazebo went up easy enough yet the pegs to hold it down are flimsy and bent when hitting them in with a hammer - so I ended up roping the sides down to the BT50 to hold it into place -NOT FIVE MINUTES went by and a tiny bit of wind picked it up, threw it over my ute, scratched the entire roof of the ute and threw the gazebo 100m down the track into the absolute heap you see in the photos, what in the hell was it made out of?!? Straw?! I’ve never been so angry in all my life, it ruined ... MoreWhere do I start -We were excited to use our new gazebo and take the kids to the lake so we went to BCF and purchased one, unfortunately they didn’t have the one we wanted to I settled with the classic - we spent an hour driving to the lake and once arrived began setting up.The gazebo went up easy enough yet the pegs to hold it down are flimsy and bent when hitting them in with a hammer - so I ended up roping the sides down to the BT50 to hold it into place -NOT FIVE MINUTES went by and a tiny bit of wind picked it up, threw it over my ute, scratched the entire roof of the ute and threw the gazebo 100m down the track into the absolute heap you see in the photos, what in the hell was it made out of?!? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I needed a gazebo that is strong, easily carried by one person and as well easily put up as well as taken down by one person. Its the perfect size and weight to take to sporting events. Anything smaller is a compromise, and usually smaller ones wont stand up to strong winds and many smaller ones you cant keep the canopy attached when put back in the carry case. As it light weight it is missing all the normal standard roof supporting structure with instead 4 folding 2 piece beams which really work well and water doesnt pool at all when it rains. Only 2 drawbacks is that the case comes with 2 handles each end on the case (for 2 people to carry) whereas it should come with 2 handles to carry it over your shoulder (as it is that light) and I would like to see an ... MoreI needed a gazebo that is strong, easily carried by one person and as well easily put up as well as taken down by one person. Gazebo not designed for a permanent outdoor structure but perfect for sporting events and exceptionally lightweight and priced well I bought it for $130 on sale

After reading many reviews about this gazebo folding in half I was a bit weary but decided to cop it anyway as I needed some sweet sweet shade. After taking it out of the box and beginning to set it up, I had got two pegs in when a gust came in, picked the whole gazebo up and flipped it upside down, but she was fine, slight bend in one of the poles but it stayed upright and folded back together just fine. After this ordeal I continued to set the gazebo up and used large pegs (only 4 small ones provided) to peg each corner rope out, and it was stable even in gusty winds. After getting my gazebo set up I went on to have a lovely time with my family, my kids, my dog and also inflate my new Adventure Kings Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Board + Triple-Action Inflatable ... MoreAfter reading many reviews about this gazebo folding in half I was a bit weary but decided to cop it anyway as I needed some sweet sweet shade. Without the gazebo I definitely would have developed at least a stage 1 sunburn - First-degree burns affect only the epidermis, or outer layer of skin. The burn site is red, painful, dry, and with no blisters. This would not have been ideal since it would've been uncomfortable for the rest of the camping trip, and for the suit-and-tie event I had the next day. Even though I wasn't sunburnt I did however still a parmigiana panini on my shirt right after arriving at this event so it was ruined anyway. Oh well at least I have a nice sturdy gazebo. thanks

Was very disappointed as I purchased this item just a few weeks ago as I urgently needed a shelter for my dogs and it seems that the frame was unable to withstand the strong winds we have had recently. I expected much more use to be had but the whole frame buckled in on itself and this was despite it being properly secured to the ground. The sides were not attached so there was no excess strain or pulling. Very annoyed that this purchase did not prove to be a good choice.
Absolutely thrilled with this Gazebo. I did use sturdier guide ropes than those included and made sure it was set up properly, which paid off as we got some decent rain over the weekend and there no pooling at all. Got the odd drip through the seam when the rain was at it's heaviest but otherwise kept us shaded and dry. Super easy set up. Got it on sale so a real bargain.
A fantastic gazebo for the price we paid. Easy to put up with 1 person, takes about 2 minutes, and easy to take down too. Comes with pegs and tie downs, but not weights. Quality is good and blocks the sun completely. Very convenient carry bag included with wheels on it and grab handles. All round a great product and would buy again if need be.
I wanted a lightweight gazebo and it was. However within an hour of having it erected, in very light air movement, it developed wear marks and starte a hole in the awning, The legs were also not straight, Not having a central point to push on was also difficult to erect solo. I am short and had to enlist the support of strangers to help me. My other gazebo although heavier was much easier to erect.
I have bought two of wanderer classic the first went down with rain pooling problems and was totalled. The second is still standing keeping the sun off my trailer but confident it will collapse when the rain comes. it appears the Wanderer manufactures are aware of the problem as the manufacture sells an anti-pooling model. So, I buy the less expensive one for shade only
I think that those complaining about them being wrecked in a storm should actually read the label and warnings. I think this is an excellent set up for the price (bought at Club rates). I would however recommend using heavier tent pegs and also pegging down the poles at their bases (there's a hole in each to do so) on top of just using the guy rope pegs etc. Mine withstands some gusty weather and offer great protection from the sun and the rain, but they are not meant to endure storms.
I have used it for less than 3 years approximately less than 10 setups. It has been my favourite camping gear until last weekend. It is cheap, gives good shade coverage. However with having insect mesh attached, the gazebos frame couldnt handle the load with having wind and rains. The frame snaped which resulted as half of the gazebo collapsed. I am happy that I have used ot for appx 10 times but will defenatelt moving on to heavy duty gazebo for next trip
