I use an old Apple 1 amp charger because I did not want to exceed the 1.5 amp recommendation. I usually use it 3 times a day because I have irregularly spaced teeth. Food inevitably gets into those spaces, and that is very annoying. I have only used the low power setting so far and this flosser does a great job on my teeth, usually on 1 tank filling. My teeth feel much cleaner with this flosser than with sting floss and a proxabrush. Waterpik makes a travel flosser, but this one is small enough to take along on trips. Waterpik continues to expand their selection to offer options to consumers. Here now is the Waterpik flosser without the cord, a cordless version. The action is very similar to the corded styles, and this model gives you a few options. That is, you don't need to take up space on your sink top if that is what you prefer. You can charge this anywhere and use it at your sink of choice. This gives you a little more flexibility for your living situation and possible shared spaces. The base of the model is quite large, and for people with smaller hands they are surely going to hold this more toward the top of the unit. Weekly cleaning of the reservoir is recommended, with the standard 1 to 3 months of cleaning the entire unit with vinegar to remove hard water deposits. ... MoreWaterpik continues to expand their selection to offer options to consumers. Another thing to note is, and this is mentioned in the booklet, the unit is equipped with a rechargeable lithium ion battery. The battery is not replaceable. So when the battery no longer takes a charge, the life of the unit is over. Instructions as to how to remove the battery at that time and re-cycle are included. So overall the biggest benefit is the ability to use wherever you desire. You could even go outside with this, may be a good option for campers. The question I had is how long will the battery last. A quick internet search generally says two to three years, or 300 to 500 charge cycles. So there you have, the pro's and the cons. If you need the flexibility of space and want to be able to move about , this may be the unit for you.

Efficient water flosser
4 December 2023

This Waterpik flosser works very well. There are 2 modes. The first mode is a gentler clean and to me feels better on the gums. The second mode is much stronger. This one works great if you have a pesky piece of food stuck or you are looking for a deeper clean. My gums are sensitive and the stronger setting did cause them to bleed some. The water tank is sized perfectly for one cleaning. It is easy to remove to fill and clean. It charges quickly and easily with the included charging cord. It is also a nice size to hold for a flosser with the tank on it.

Great travel Waterpik
27 November 2023

I think this cordless waterpik will be great for when I am traveling. It is compact and rechargeable.I don't like to use it on a daily basis (instead of my regular waterpik device). There are two reasons for this:1. It takes some maneuvering to hold this rather thick device and get to all areas of my mouth. This is compared to the smaller wand on my regular device.2. It doesn't hold enough water to do my entire mouth at one fill up. When it runs out, I need to stop and refill it. Although this is not terrible, it does add to time and is somewhat inconvenient. I would not mind this when traveling as its smaller size when packing for a trip would offset any inconvenience.Over all I think the device is well made and seems to have enough pressure to clean my teeth ... MoreI think this cordless waterpik will be great for when I am traveling. Must have for frequent travelers
28 November 2023

This compact sized waterpik is a must have for frequent travelers. I have a full size watetpik with a large water tank and have been using it for years. It is the best oral care you can give to your teeth and gums. This compact size is small and light enough to pack it in your luggage. But in doing so they had to compromise on the size of water tank. So you may have to fill few more times to complete. Also, it comes with charging cable only and not the charger. So you have to buy or use existing usb charger (5v). I also wish it came with a carrying case or pouch.

Perfect Water Flosser For Travel
25 November 2023

This Waterpik Portable Water Flosser is perfect for travel. It is compact but holds plenty enough water to floss my teeth. It comes with 2 floss attachments and a charging cable. You will need your own "block" to attach to it, or use it in a USB. Once it's charged it lasts a good while. The water reservoir is easy to fill and can be removed to clean. I remove it to empty because the hole to fill it isn't large enough to empty. So I just take it off, empty and let it air dry. There are 2 settings and both felt great on my teeth and gums. I'll definitely be keeping this in my travel bag!

I eagerly awaited the arrival of this product. I have had the countertop version for many years. The only good thing about this product is that it is quiet. It has virtually no power (compared to my countertop version), even on high. The reservoir is small, which I understand. The unit is large as it is, but to have to stop and refill it to get a good job done is not what I had in mind.To add insult to injury, it comes with a USB cord, but the specs say to use a charger that is 5V and a max of 1.0 Amps. Power in your hands
29 November 2023

I recently obtained the WF-20CD010 cordless handheld Waterpik and I love it. I like that it has 2 power settings as it I am getting used to the water pressure. I had used a corded electric model before and wondered if a battery powered one would be as powerful and this model exceeds my expectations. The water reservoir holds the right amount of water for the time to get the job done. It feels very durable and easy to clean. The only thing that I could say is that I wish it came with a travel bag for easy packing in a carry-on or suitcase. I have used other Waterpik flossers and also showerheads and are great to use.

Super easy to use
4 December 2023

I really like the portable design of the Waterpik model WF-20CD010. It is super simple to use. It holds enough water to quickly floss your whole mouth, but it is easy to add more water if you need to. The design is very intuitive. There is a switch on the back which powers it on and off, and also gives you the option to choose a low or high setting. It couldn't be any easier. The enclosed directions are clear and concise, and state that you should not use it for more than 5 minutes in any 2 hour period. I usually use it twice a day and love how quick and simple it is to use. I also appreciate the texturized surface on the body and on the power switch which help to keep it from becoming too slippery during use. Recharging is straightforward using the included USB cable with a standard charging block, which is not included but quite easy to find if you don't have any laying around your home already. I charged it once initially, and haven't had to recharge it yet during the week or so I've been using it. I also feel like this would be very useful while traveling, as it is small and lightweight.
