This is my first experience with a waterpik. I've had it for a month and am still having trouble manipulating it around my mouth. I wonder if the countertop design might be less awkward for a beginner since you would not be handling the entire appliance when using. My other issue is the water tank. The plastic is thicker around the openings making it impossible to totally empty the chamber. If I had it to do over I would pick a different model.

Decent pressure and effectiveness, however very hard to clean and prone to mold even when dismantled and dried after each use. This means it will definitely need to be discarded for safety reasons as the reservoir is not a replaceable part.Using a small wire bending bottle brush helps however due to the design some parts just can't be reached.The reservoir cannot be submerged in vinegar or anything else to clean according to labelling.There is a part below the reservoir which also become moldy with no means to clean at all as the opening is tiny.

Fantastic product!I always struggle with traditional floss, and have to spend over 15 mins at least for a single clean. And that makes it a lot harder for everyday. But waterpik makes everything so much easier.The only thing which is not ideal is that the next day after I placed this order, I noticed the financial year sale began. And I could have bought the newest model with exactly same price.Apart from this, nothing to complain.Besides, now I use this Waterpik water floss after Philips toothbrush every single night. They both are just perfect.
The other machines were too loud and very bulky to travel with. This model had very low noise in comparison. As well, the 2 settings were all I needed. All the residue came out during the timeout of the low setting. Yes, using the high setting caused the entire process to be quicker, but then by refilling and immediately using the high setting I noticed that no additional residue came out. BOTTOM LINE: Low noise, all mouth residue gone at low power setting, and easy to pack for traveling met my needs!
It's ok. My first waterflosser so not sure if it's the issue of all waterflosser or just this one. I think traditional flossers clean it better as this could miss some areas, but waterflosser is easier to use and more efficient. The water tank doesn't hold enough water for a clean cycle. I have to fill it up 3 times to clean all teeth. Considering the price, I might go back to traditional flosser once this one stop working.
Love this water flosser.It's powerful enough to do the job and works brilliantly.Continual use is removing Tatar build up and I'm really pleased with it.If anything, I wish the water tank was bigger, but that's only because I love using itI use it in the shower so I can be as messy as I likeBe sure to use warm water! . . Don’t reinvent the wheel! The swivel dial is unnecessary, it should lock in place or eliminate it. To move the tip direction..just move your wrist! The electrical connection it awkward. The cord had to be perfectly flat ( it comes curled ), connect on a flat surface. It pops off the magnet connection to easily. Connection should be more secure. There should be a quick shut off without having to go through the selections.I have been using many designed “ Waterpiks” since the day I got braces..over 50 years ago! I use my water pik 2x a day in the shower, for this I love that you designed this one specifically for the shower. The water pressure was less than I expected but it's a small unit so I shouldn't have expected more. Other than the pressure, it's a great little unit and does a great job. The water tank is a breeze to get off, so I fill it twice and I'm happy with that. It's a bit of a learning curve and I've had a few unintended face wettings and mirror splashings lol, but they're getting less as I get better with it. I have a tiny vanity basin, so the size of this unit is perfect!!!
I have used waterpiks for many years. I bought this one a couple months ago and use it everyday. It holds a good charge and has a lot of power. The big problem is the same as many people are complaining about, mold at the bottom of the water tank. I always leave the little door open and try to dry it out, but the mold is persistent. It is in a place that you can’t get to, so once it gets in there, all you can do is throw it out. I wish I had known about this before buying it. I have never had this problem with any previous units, but this particular unit has a serious design flaw!
