This is my favourite Leatherman! I love it! It’s been used regularly especially at work! I have used the pliers, wire cutter and the knife the most, although the screw drivers are real handy too! I didn’t realise how much I loved these until I lost them! I lost them in December 2019 at work in the snow, in May 2020 my friend from work found them in the melting snow. I jumped for joy! These things spend 6 months buried in 3-4 feet of snow in the Arctic circle, temperatures down to -40°c and returned perfectly!! These have even saved a dogs life, when two of our dogs got in a fight after the sled got caught up and one dog got his harness hooked around his neck and the whole team started backing up to get away from the fight. Beautiful design

Awesome tool! Have wanted this model for some time and using my Triangle points made it even sweeter! Really really impressed with the design and quality of this tool. It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for.I bought the optional belt clip available online, but I wish Canadian Tire sold it themselves, which would be my only complaint.Absolutely no regrets and would highly recommend the Wave +

Catch the Wave

I've always been a multitool fan and have owned several smaller and medium sized Leathermen. The wave thus far is top notch and robust yet compact in my opinion. Every tool on the Wave locks into position. The feel is sturdy and fits my hand like a glove. I have used every feature of the Wave except the can opener but I am glad to have it on my person every day. I haven't used the lanyard yet but do plan on attaching some paracord to it soon. The screwdriver side is a bit tight but with daily use it should open up faster. Highly recommend this size tool for anyone who is handy or wants to be prepared for almost anything that comes your way. The sheath is also one of the best if had for any of the leathermen I own. Great tool; my issues were probably a one-off

I got this tool as a gift from my father. He owned a survival store that closed down, and the Leatherman Wave multi-tool was in some of the leftover stock. I was pretty pumped when I opened the box - the thing looked like it was really well built and designed.If the tool is opened into the pliers, there is a small fork-like piece inside each handle. It springs open when the pliers are out, and stops the main blades from opening. When the pliers are closed, the main blades are able to open. After opening and closing the pliers a several times, the fork piece came loose, and fell out. It is put under some stress from the locking mechanism for the smaller tools (scissors, screwdriver heads, etc.), so I thought I wouldn't be able to fix it.
