Please note: This cart DOES NOT fold. There is an error that has not been fixed yet. If you prefer the folding cart, there is the cart that folds right down for easy storing. This Weber Q Cart is very attractive and the front screening hides the white LP tank which sets nicely behind it into it's grooves and straps in. This cart is appropriate for certain Q models and the grill itself sits right in. It is well balanced and you feel confident to pull it to where you want it. I reviewed the Weber Q2200 so please check that out for more information regarding your Weber options.W.

I could not be happier. I also purchased the Weber Q 2400 electric grill and Weber Q 2000 (and 3000) grill cover. Additionally, I purchased an 18-foot outdoor - 13 amp, 125 V, 1625 maximum watts extension cord. The grill pre-heats more quickly than the user guide suggests in 12-15 minutes. I am using it on the cart a little over a foot away from a semi-private fence. The semi-private fence provides good air flow. I have intently observed the cooking process and have NOT seen any sign of excessive radiant heat or fire hazard. I recommend as I did - as you assemble the grill, attach the handle to the lid BEFORE attaching the lid to the grill, i.e. complete step 3 before step 2. There are some great cooking ideas / demonstrations on YouTube that I cannot wait to try!

Cart works as hoped. The more prominent collapsible Weber cart seemed too wobbly so I opted for this one and it's quite stable. It pretty much all plastic, including the front mesh which was surprising, and it's not as stable as proper metal cart, but it's good enough and keeps my Weber stable when I'm cleaning it (not brushing as you shouldn't use metal brushes on porcelain-enamel grills as that can scratch them causing premature rusting ;)The instructions are missing an important step though - the front mesh can only fit on to specific legs which isn't mentioned. So be careful to orientate the front top cross piece (with the grey utensil hanger), the legs with mesh cover mounts and then the tank rack all in the proper direction... I had to take mine apart twice ... MoreCart works as hoped. The more prominent collapsible Weber cart seemed too wobbly so I opted for this one and it's quite stable. I had to take mine apart twice (once for the mesh piece and again for the utensil hanger) which with plastic and metal screws isn't great as it gets weaker each time. But once I got it sorted it's been working just fine.

I wanted to start using a 20 lb propane tank at home with my Q and purchased this cart about 2 years ago. I love it! It is easy to assemble, and you just set you 2000 series in the slots. Very easy to couple and uncouple in case you want to take your Q with you. Comes with a shorter adapter hose that is perfect. Also has a nice handle for rolling the Q around. After 2 years still looks new typical Weber quality
I have been using my Q200 on its cart for several years already and it is outstanding product. However I am not sure what to use under the Grill to collect grease from cooking. Currently I use a small foil tray which sometimes fall off due to wind and risk of spilling the oil and grease all over the grill and the cart. When I purchased Cart it didnt come with any such part which would be more steady and made compatible to work with both Grill and Cart. Is there any such part available for purchase?
All the parts came in the packaging including assembly instructions. The staff at Home Depot in West Kelowna BC were very helpful in assisting me with the proper Weber BBQ that fits the cart. I am impressed with the quality of the cart. It is easy to move around. The grill on the front hides the propane tank and looks very finished. I would recommend purchasing this product. I have purchased a number of items at this Home Depot and they are professional and courteous.
I bought this at the time I downsized from my original Genesis and purchased my Weber Q 200. At the time, 2010, it did not come with an adapter hose that worked with the newer style 20 lb size propane tanks so Weber kindly sent me a replacement to the current valve style at no charge. As mine is an older style, the screen is solid panel. I have a small row home no garage and a small fenced rear yard, and with the deluxe full cover and a spring coil squirrel guard for the gas line, it works great year-round use and interim storage outdoors. Is light weight but sturdy, easy to relocate around the patio-bricked yard, and to nestle it nearer the fence when cooled, and easy to re-cover with the deluxe cover after rolling it up against fence. Tip: when using adapter hose ... MoreI bought this at the time I downsized from my original Genesis and purchased my Weber Q 200. Is light weight but sturdy, easy to relocate around the patio-bricked yard, and to nestle it nearer the fence when cooled, and easy to re-cover with the deluxe cover after rolling it up against fence. Tip: when using adapter hose to 20 lb propane tank; always shut off the gas valve from the tank while flame still present, and not the grill's knob, so as to bleed off the gas line, then when the flame is extinguished, turn the grill knob to off; then when preparing to cook next time, open the tank valve slowly and fully, and wait 10 minutes before turning the grill knob from off to start and igniting. Doing this will maintain your regulator and your ability to adjust the burner flame indefinitely, failure to do so will cause failures of the regulator for flame adjustment, and more importantly, the hose adapter assembly, which can lead to a dangerous leaking propane situation.Highly recommended for those similarly space/yard challenged along with squirrel guard for adapter hose and a deluxe full cover for grill and cart stand. My cover lasted 9 years worth of winters and sun exposure before it started to get stiff. Grill and cart stand going strong. Cleans easily.
This cart is the perfect combo with my new Weber Q 2200. I purchased both at the same time. I was't sure if I wanted this or the portable cart but decided on this as the grill will be staying on our deck except for winter storage when the snow is flying. I like the look and it is very sturdy. Even though this cart is more expensive than the portable cart, the LP canister hose is included so the price is about the same.
The cart is not of the highest quality that I expect from Weber. Poor grade plastic in many areas. Of the 8 threaded inserts for the screws 6 were damaged from being inserted at the factory. I had to buy a threader from the hardware store and thread the holes so that I could install the Screws. The plastic front screen is poorly made and is really not worth installing.
I bought this for an older WEBER Q220 grill. My original stand had rusted out but the grill is still working great. Contrary to the box information and weber phone representative it fits perfectly for the Q220! It seems sturdy enough to support the grill and the new plastic legs won't rust like the steel legs on the older model. Assembly took ten minutes. What not to like? It is a stand and it works!
