The Weruva cats in the kitchen Meowiss Bueller is one of my cats favorite flavors. My cat will only eat the Weruva cats in the kitchen hydrating purée wet foods. I tried the bff weruva line hydrating purées and she prefers the weruva cats in the kitchen hydrating purée foods. many thanks for carrying this particular flavor of wet food as it’s one of my cats favorites :)

After getting a blood test for my cat, it turns out that this foods added tuna caused into cat to develop pre-hyperthyroidism and I had to take her off of it. I fed it to her exclusively with nothing else. I will now rotate this food and feed other types of food to her that do not have added fish. I contacted the company and they sent me a list of their foods I can feed as alternatives to this one that don't contain fish but are still low phosphorus. Please don't make the same mistake I did. ROTATE THIS FOOD WITH OTHER KINDS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN FISH OR OTHER HIGH IODINE INGREDIENTS. The company told me to do this as well. I'm lucky I found out before it progressed any further. Thank you. Google the connection between added fish in cat food and hyperthyroidism.

My cat has digestive problems, hard to find a food he could tolerate. Been on this food for a month and is doing great.
I brought this Weruva product a few weeks ago. Weruva is a great pet food company for both dogs and cats. My gal just loved the chicken and lamb hydrating pruree. She licked the bowl clean and looked at me for more. I like the ingredients of Weruva products, no junk, no by products. The puree helps get more liquid in my gal since she is not a big water drinker.
Both of my CKD cats liked it. Weruva says the food is low in phosphorous which they need and is hard to find in commercial cat food. My concern is that if you read the ingredient list, all of the different varieties contain tuna. It's not recommended to feed cats tuna everyday

This happened because the cure caused the blood flow to her kidneys to return back to normal, and is not a side-effect of the radio-iodine therapy, which I highly recommend if your cat has hyperthyroidism, because if left untreated, hyperthyroidism can lead to early death in cats. With that aside, as my cat developed Stage 1 CKD, she needed a dietary change, as is necessary when cats develop kidney disease. I have tried every single veterinary prescription diet, both wet and dry (dry is not recommended for CKD cats though), which included Royal Canin CKD and Hills CKD, but she either refused to eat it, or they made her very sick. I had read online that people found success feeding it to their CKD cats, and decided to try it for myself. So I contacted the Weruva company directly on Facebook and asked which foods they recommend for a CKD cat, and "Meowiss Bueller" was one of them. You can visit Weruva's website and find a detailed, in-depth nutritional profile of all their foods, as well. This is one of their lower phosphorous foods, and as many of you CKD cat parents know, low phosphorous is key for CKD cats dietary needs. As a long time Weruva customer, because their foods are made simply and with high quality ingredients, I was thrilled with their new "Slide n Serve" line of cat food because my cats refuse to eat chunky cat food. They only eat paté! What's great about "Slide n Serve" is that it's so easy to prepare for my cats. I boil some water in my kettle to thin it out a bit (especially important for CKD cats is that they stay well hydrated) add a few tablespoons of the hot water to the food, and mix it up into a fluffy slurry of paté, which they just gobble up. It's so easy. It slides easily out of the package with little to no mess, and is the perfect serving size. I give them two sachets in the morning and its usually enough to get them through the day. If not, I'll give them two more at night.So the Weruva "Slide n Serve" line includes this one, "Meowiss Bueller", which is primarily lamb and tuna. I have read that too much tuna isn't good for cats. The company told me, through Facebook, that it's because of high levels of mercury found in tuna. They said though, that their tuna is caught young so the exposure to mercury isn't as long as adult tuna. My cats have been eating this food for a long time, and they're as healthy as ever, so it's not something that worries me. Now, the "Slide n Serve" line has other flavours that include chicken and beef based ones. They are slightly higher phosphorous as well. I've tried feeding them to my cats, but they both refuse to eat them. "Meowiss Bueller" is the ONLY one they eat heartily, which is funny, because sometimes I delude myself into thinking they get "bored" of a flavour and I want to try offering them a "variety", but every time I try, they refuse to eat the other flavours. This is literally the only food they'll eat, by choice! I guess my cats don't like variety, they like routine. I really enjoy "Meowiss Bueller". It's easy to serve. It has great ingredients. My cats devour it. It is suitable for my CKD cat. It It is suitable for both my senior cats. Their health has remained extremely steady. My CKD cat isn't deteriorating, and she is eating and drinking well. She will occasionally have flare ups, but I don't think it has anything to do with the food. I will continue to feed it to them daily until they pass away. I also feed them Greenies Smart Bite treats. And this, works for us. I am not saying this will work for you. But it is what works for me and my cats, and I'm very happy with the results.For CKD cats, litter is also important, believe it or not. I use Bosley's Fresh 4 Life Grass Seed litter, and it is perfect for my CKD cat. Clay litters usually aren't the best for CKD cats. You can also contact the Weruva company, and talk to them about which foods may be suitable for you and your pets, and why. Love that your store carries large 12.5 oz cans of Wellness Pate cat food! It is impossible to find. When you have more than 3 cats to feed and want to give wet food it is so much easier with the large can. Thank you! I do wish it had the pop off top so I didn’t need a can opener, but it would probably increase the price.
Our cat seems to enjoy this one a lot, despite this being his first foray into lamb. If only the packaging were more sustainable, esp. since these pouches don’t feel any more convenient than cans do…
