This brand kills me I love it so much. With fun catchy names and great branding I was a sucker for the moment I saw them. Turns out this food is FREAKING AMAZING. I believe they make it in a human food grade facility so you seriously could eat this yourself if you wanted to. People that have come to my house have actually asked me if I just opened a can of chicken soup and dumped it in their bowls that's how good this cat food looks. My cats LOVE THIS STUFF, like can't get enough. If the Inaba Churu are Cat Crack than this is Cat Meth for sure, I get the nastiest looks from them when the wet food bowl is getting empty. They love every flavour of this brand, there hasn't been one that they shy away from.

A crowd pleaser.

I have 4 cats and they all 4 live this Gmas chicken soup. However, I do not feed it on a regular basis because it contains tricalcium phosphate and sunflower seed oil. I buy my cats a large variety of wet and dry foods. No carrageenan, dicalcium or tricalcium phosphate, meal powder, and other bad ingredients. I look at every ingredients and there’s a small few that doesn’t contain something I don’t like. I also make sure most of the protein is not from pea and doesn’t contain fillers like corn and soy or seed oils and canola .

Chicken soup

My Sammy loves this BUT I cannot order it any more because it has too much soup. He loves the soup but it seems to be an expensive additive. Chewy has Weruva and Fussie Cat that is dense and solid. I am thinking of adding my own peas, carrot and pumpkin to my regular Weruva and Fussie Cat product. I would recommend it for those with bigger pocketbooks.

Excellent Food

Weruva makes a great product! All white meat chicken in plenty of liquid which cats really need. If you like this, your cat will also love Tru-luxe also by Weruva. Don’t skimp on cat food. They deserve the best! I feed this to my stray.

Great Service

I bought these items as they were out of the variety I usually buy. The cashier, Vivian, was friendly as always. I came back yesterday, and still no Weruva Paw Lickin Chicken. Rosemary asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for. She went to the back and brought out a case of the cat food I wanted. The shipment had just come in earlier. Rosemary was so friendly and helpful.

If you have a problem cat like I do, this may be the solution for you... I am a licensed veterinary technician with a problem cat. I obtained him through work because he was going to be put down due to his urinating problems. He had struvite crystals and his previous owners couldn't afford the veterinary prescription diet. So me, working there, I decided to save the poor cat. I figured my cat probably had some sort of allergy to the ingredients he had been eating. He needed fiber to help with his IBS. I started to do some more research on what foods would fit my criteria on what I needed. I decided to go with Weruva. It's a small company that makes food for the benefits of what is natural to the feline itself. The ash content was MUCH lower than that of Tiki cat and Wellness. I was amazed. My cat LOVES all the flavors of the origal line of Weruva foods. I stayed away from Cats in the Kitchen because the ash content was not as low as the original lineup. I stayed away from the TRUluxe because it was just not budget friendly to me... I also stayed away from the fish because I know that the magnesium is not good for my cat that has previous crystal problems. He wasn't very happy when I stuck the canned food in front of him, he still demanded the dry food. It was a slow progression. After 2 weeks I had him completely on the canned food and he WANTED more all the time. I now feed my 12lb cat 1.5 cans of food a day and NO dry food at all. He hasn't vomited once... and he hasn't had any urinary crystals and his hair has started growing back. Sometimes he won't eat the peas or carrots but most days he will eat it all. The ONLY thing I don't like about Weruva is that the food is outsourced from other countries which makes me leary of their food protocols. However, the company stands by their products and tests it all. AND its the only thing that has brought my cat back to his normal self... It has been a lifesaver, and I would 100% recommend it to everyone.

Loves Her Soup

We changed our cat, Gidgets, wet food to Weruva, Grandma's Chicken Soup. Not only is it super healthy but she loves it!! We also use it for another cat, Cat Man, who needs to take supplements. He won't take them in just any old wet food but "No problems" with this food. It's a win all the way around.

Solved years of minor constipation!

Grandma's Chicken Soup with Chicken and Pumpkin is a godsend. One can every other day. My tuxedo loves it and now has daily picture perfect healthy poops. For years I've made "ice cubes" of canned pumpkin, then defrosted one a day to prevent uncomfortably hard, small, infrequent poops. He loves pumpkin and it worked but such a hassle. Other digestive aids caused the opposite problem and he rejected other foods with pumpkin. So easy now! He even eats the peas and carrots. I still add water like I do all his meals so it's really soupy but he's ok with it. It has fewer calories than most but that helps keep his weight closer to ideal. The only negative is the can - extra thick metal makes it harder to open.
