My precious kitty loves this food! I feel comfortable feeding it to her as the ingredients are natural! She truly seems to savor the taste! Fiona gets excited at the crack of the can! She's my 11 year old baby and it's so wonderful to see her excited about food, especially after the removal of 6 teeth, including her canines. This food is evidently palatable, easy to chew and digest and makes Fiona purr. Thank you Only Natural Pet!!!

I started giving my cat this food as a "test" for her allergies. My cat is allergic to chicken and I had a hard time finding good, clean, chicken-free foods that weren't crazy expensive. This one REALLY did the trick. Her allergies completely cleared up after about 2 weeks on this food, and it was the only food she seemed to actually ENJOY. She would eat the whole bowl!! I love that it's all very fresh ingredients, grain free, and of course chicken-free. I definitely recommend this food, especially for cats with allergies!! I also recommend any of the Weruva Truluxe brand cat food, my cat has really enjoyed all of them!

After the wet cat food brand we had been purchasing was discontinued, we struggled to find another brand that had similar ingredients. Weruva was the closest we would find. One of our cats suffers from idiopathic hypercalcemia and our vet recommended discontinuing all dry food and provided us with a list of cat foods that were high in hydration. The food did the trick so our kitty did not have to go on medication. We tried many of the brands that had tuna in them but the tuna was always very dark in color and the kitties did not like it. Mediterranean Harvest with Tuna and Veggies in Gravy is a white tuna (not unlike the tuna people eat out of cans); is very moist; and the cats even eat the veggies!

I had high hopes for this food. It looks very tasty to me .. but apparently my cats don't share that opinion. All four cats just sniffed it, gave me a dirty look, and walked away. I tried 4 flavors that all looked like other foods that they love, and got the same withering look every time. So, the hunt continues for CKD approved foods.

These guys are not finicky cats, and usually wait eagerly at my feet each morning for their food to be served. Aubrey, however, (my 10-year-old male Alpha cat) gave me a look that said “Peas and carrots? What are you thinking?” My little female tortoise shell tasted her serving, and had about three more bites just to please me, but was also not elated about the menu. There is nothing wrong with the food. I think because it is white meat tuna, and therefore different from their usual fare, they decided on a temporary mutiny. I left the dishes sitting with the food in them, and they were empty before the day was over. My cat exclusively eats Weruva wet food. I have to buy him different types because he refuses to eat the same one all the time. The tricky part is that he has allergies to chicken, pork, beef, and turkey. He is fine with fish though, so his wet food is usually fish based. He seemed to like this one, but he didn't clean the bowl as fast as he does with some of the others. I'm not convinced he loves the veggies in it. However, I still give it to him for the variety, and he still gets excited when I put it in front of him.
One of my three cats loves this food. It has whole peas which we need to chop up because she doesn’t have teeth. The formula and can label was changed awhile ago, and it took awhile for her to get used to the new gravy so beware if you haven’t ordered for a year or so.
We are the proud staff to four Himalayans . They put the F in finicky. In addition, one of our youngest has more food allergies then any other four legged creature on the face of the Earth. Weruva has been a life savior for our family. They make several varieties that our crew like and are not allergic to. Mediterranean Harvest is the latest kitty favorite. It has been a big hit at their house. As the chief housekeeper, waitress, groomer, belly rubber, petter, driver, playmate and proud mom - Weruva, I salute you and thanks for making my kitties happy and healthy.
Because there’s no regulation on pet food it’s really important to get some thing that is like this one, prepared in a human grade facility. You can see what’s in the food, and the cats can tell. I’ll give it five stars it’s a healthy food. Cats are carnivores with a little greens thrown in. It’s expensive, but these days so is a lot of other food that isn’t as good. Weruva started out as a wonderful company until they started adding some slimy gravy like all the other companies, so the cats don’t eat every product they make anymore. The cats are smart, and this is one they choose! Five stars!
I bought this looking for an alternative protein source for my very allergic feline. Specifically, a non seafood fish product which this appears to be. Very limited ingredients in this product which is good for severely allergic cats, but I do have to wonder if any seafood is in the ""fish broth""? This product didn't seem to help on his skin eruptions and itchiness. One very disappointing aspect of this product is that the actual meat content of the cans is very, very limited. Out of a six ounce can, there were maybe four or five small meat chunks. All else was a gravy like broth. My cat still cleaned it all up, chunks and broth, but he was always screaming and hungry for more.
