Bought in June 2020. Had it replaced twice now. 1st time was a faulty compressor within a month of purchase. 2nd time was a noisy compressor and the fridge and freezer died on us completely. Stay away from Westinghouse. Lost faith in this brand. Wont be buying again.

Despite poor review I preceded with purchase due to great efficiency ratings.Unfortunately, our 3 month old fridge stopped working completely and spoiled everything $$.To make things worse, Harvey Norman were not much assistance in addressing our warranty concerns and Westinghouse earliest technician can not inspect faulty fridge for another 3 days.Will not be purchasing from Harvey Norman or Westinghouse again.

We purchased this fridge a month ago to replace our 15+ year old Westinghouse Fridge. It is spacious, silent and aesthetically pleasing. I particularly like the crisper draw that allows you to change the size depending on the produce you need to store. The bottom mount is great, I no longer have to bend down to grab items in the crisper. The freezer draws are great. No more having to dig through frozen foods that are stacked on top of one another to find what you are looking for. I would recommend this fridge to anyone wanting an upgrade.

We bought our fridge 3 weeks ago and are very happy with it. We love the bottom mount fridge as we use the main fridge a lot more than the freezer so there is less bending. It’s the same outside measurement as our old fridge but has so much more room inside. It keeps its temperature very consistent
We recently bought the Westinghouse fridge. The interior is brightly lit and the glass shelves are great. Lots of space on the door, especially for large bottles. I like the lockable compartment for medications etc.The freezer is quite roomy and I love the slide out drawers. Ice block compartment is good.
Appliances Online were very helpful and organised delivery to North Queensland within a week..I shopped around between retailers and Appliances Online were cheaper than our local retailers up here when delivery fees were included! The fridge is great - my only complaint is that getting the drawer out of the base of the fridge to clean is tricky as the fridge door doesn't fold completely back on its hinges (unlike my previous F&P bottom mount fridge)….it could possibly be better if there were 2 x 1/2 length drawers instead of one full length one? Holds temperature well, and is nice and quiet which is great as we have an open plan living space. Overall I'm pretty happy!
I bought this fridge in November, ordered it about 1pm and it was delivered by 2pm the next day, the guys that delivered it were absolute fantastic. Best thing they took the old fridge away.Love having the fridge at eye level, no more bending down all the time to get stuff out of the fridge, especially when cooking dinner.I would recommend getting this fridge with the freezer on the bottom, you only use your freezer once a day or less. Makes sense.Easy to keep clean,
Great size, looks great ..only two personal issues..I am astounded at how noisy it is .. it’s been a few weeks and the constant humming and vibration is annoying, also the the door shelf that has the rubber grips..cartons go in easy enough, but u can’t get them out without pushing the rubber grips flat...so to get a milk or juice carton out, it’s a two hand job.I ordered on the Monday and paid; delivered on the Friday..then on the same day, before delivery the price had dropped again.. a bit annoying given this is my 6th large appliance purchased; the price difference wasn’t applied.
I have had my new Westinghouse for a month and am extremely pleased with it. It has so much more usable space than my last fridge even though not a lot bigger in measured size. Our refrigerated goods are easy to organise and because everything is at eye height it is harder for things to disappear into the back of the fridge.Having the freezer at the bottom works very well and being able to sort my frozen goods in drawers is an added bonus.
We replaced our old secondhand fridge as we noticed food was going off incredibly quickly. We decided to go with one of the biggest sizes for room to expand when growing a family.We made the right choice! Although we're not using too much of the fridge at the moment being just 2 of us, when we make big meals for our extended family or entertain there's plenty of room to fit it all! Nothing has gone off as it keeps the temperature perfect.Love this fridge
